Specialties
Serving traditional Irish dishes such as Fish N Chips, Bangers N Mash, Shepherd’s Pie and our signature Guinness Braised Corned Beef with Brown Sugar Glaze & Cabbage.
History
Established in 2008.
The Irish Times is Irish owned and the life dream of David Higgins who was born and raised in Dublin, Ireland and who emigrated to the US from Ireland in 1992.
We have made every effort to avoid the type of mass produced bar which is to be found in every major city in the US. The pub was personally designed by the owner, and drawing from a collective 100 years of frequenting pubs all over Ireland, all of the bar furnishings and décor were hand crafted by a group of genuine Irish craftsmen — one of which is our very own bartender Martin (aka Rasher).
