Worst doctors office ever! As I write this review, I’ve been waiting 1 hour and a half since my appointment at 9a. Thankfully I’m only here for a follow up. Can’t imagine coming here with a true emergency. Stay away.

I was referred to Dr. Alejandro Roca’s office by a co-​worker. I tried to make an appointment with Dr. Roca; however, he didn’t have anything open until September. So, I made an appointment with one of the other Doctor’s in the practice. I ended up seeing Dr. Robeirno. The office was easy to get to, located off of sunset and 67^th avenue and surprisingly parking was not an issue. The front girl was very professional and showed great customer service. However; the girl who took my vitals, I found to be disrespectful toward me in the sense that she knew that I speak English, yet she continued to talk to me in Spanish even though I would answer all her questions in English. I was born in South America (Ecuador) and speak Spanish fluently however my preferred language is English. It took so much to hold back from telling her that I speak English which was obvious.
I can’t help to think that she was doing on purpose to annoy me.
The Doctor visit was good, she was thorough, listened to my questions and addressed my concerns.
My review is based solely on my visit with the Doctor and the reception area as this was my first visit. I guess I will update my review once I get to meet the main Doctor Roca in September.
