The worst service in the world. Rude. Uncaring. Just out to make a fast deal. I bought a phone that I decided to return 3 hours later since instead of purchasing a new phone I transferred old phone number to my own account from a family plan. So I returned unopened phone in same bag three hours later. The rude guy said he’d give me A DEAL and only charge a $ 35 restocking fee rather than a $ 70 restocking fee! I told him he had a very unhappy customer and he basically told me to shove off! They also fail to tell you that they are not a Verizon corporate store. Privately owned. Out to make a fast buck. Poor customer service! Never shop here! Quite ridiculous!

The star is only for close location. And really thats all. If i get started on the lack, no excuse me… It would be the big void of any service… just pick a different location & avoid a migraine! Extra aleve, anyone???
