Let us do all the heavy lifting for your event! We handle everything from grocery shopping to clean up and everything in between for you to be able to enjoy your event and not worry about the food.

On your personal chef day we load up our supplies, purchase the freshest, most wholesome ingredients available and arrive at your home ready to create delicious, healthy meals for you.

At the end of the personal chef day, the food is packaged, tools and equipment loaded and the kitchen left nice and clean with delicious scents wafting through your home. Menu instructions are left for you as well and placed on each container for easy re-​heating. Bön Appetite!

We specialize in small events of 60 people or less. Tahoe Flavor is the perfect team to handle your dinner parties, corporate event, small wedding, family vacation, group gatherings, and any other small events.

History

Established in 2011.

I attended Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Academy in Sacramento, with an extended program in catering, international cooking and wines and spirits graduating with honors. My externship was with Celebrity Chef Russell Michel at the Sheraton Grand Hotel in Sacramento. His passion and talent has truly been an inspiration and it will always be an unforgettable experience.

It all began where I grew up in Yuba City, California. I was inspired by my mother and grandmother who were marvelous cooks. My Greek grandmother «Yia Yia» would have her large family get togethers on Sunday and cook the most delicious Greek dishes. I would sit and watch her, trying to write down her recipes, which was frustrating because she would not measure her ingredients. It was a handful of this and a pinch of that. I’d spend hours trying to replicate her dishes by repeatedly measuring the ingredients until I got it just right!
