History
Established in 2007.
Gina started teaching fitness classes at, what was then, South Tahoe Fitness Center in 1987. She attended so many group exercise classes that it was suggested she embark on her own fitness career. Group exercise quickly became her passion. After leaving Tahoe in 1990, she moved to Los Angeles and then to San Francisco and has taught at over 25 health clubs fine-tuning her teaching skills at such nationally-recognized clubs as the Sports Club LA, the San Francisco Bay Club, 24-Hour Fitness and Bally’s Fitness Clubs. She has garnered an extensive fitness and Pilates education over her years of training.
After moving back to her hometown of S. Lake Tahoe in 2004, Gina found a greater desire from her clientele to take more Pilates classes than were offered at the gym, so she struck out on her own to start Pilates With Gina. All her workouts are safe, effective and injury-preventative.
