Long time professional dependable locals and long time renters with this management company who adored the house we were in. However, it took months for small simple repairs and be wary of the age of the appliances. Do take pictures of the properties because they will charge you for damages or small repairs (light covers or fire ember burns). A few different discrepancy charges were taken out of our deposit due to pre-​existing property damage. Thankful for the dated photos we took to prove it was already there even though we completed a walk-​through with the property manager present when we turned our keys over. Do take note that they will do another additional walk through after you already have had one. We were charged a bogus cleaning fee (I’m A type and a clean freak), do realize the home that was loved by us was in perfect move in condition when we left– much cleaner than we moved into. We were charged for carpet cleaning after residing there 9 years (even though it was fairly clean with no stains). Do read the California tenant rights before renting from this company. We wouldn’t use this company again and wouldn’t recommend them to any locals or new resident medical staffing. Thank you for reading this review and hope you find this information helpful.

This company is friendly, professional and efficient.
I have looked at a lot of apartments in the South Lake Tahoe area and it has been a hard road. No one returns calls, and when they do the apartments are shit holes. Mountain View management has been the exception. All of their properties were decent and they had great suggestions about which we would like best. After this grueling process we were still living in a weekly motel and Mountain View Management rushed our application process so we could get into the apartment we really wanted and quickly.
What a relief! Five stars!

I want to shout out a big thank you to MVM for the amazing service they have given me and my family! I never write reviews, so this is big for me. Not only were they very nice and professional, they went so far above and beyond to help me and my family get into a great house in a great neighborhood. Most people won’t make your urgency there urgency… but they did!
