Weak service and nasty ass food! No customer service or even a goodbye. Food is always cold and over cooked meat(black). I was told to not come back when I returned my sweet and sour pork. Very upsetting every time.

Came here when I was on vacation. They had the best lunch specials. The food came out so quickly and you must try the garlic chicken and hot and sour soup.

Horrible restaurant, horrible attitude and service. They purposely ignore you if you are Asian. Never come here the food was really bad and the owner is rude and racist.

Not only was the food not good… But the service attitude was horrible. They even tried to charge extra for service. Pay attention to the bill!

Chow fun and hot n sour soup were very good along with some other dishes… the glazed walnut shrimp was below average.

This place is a scam — I tipped a good 20% when I paid with my credit card, and when I got the bank statement, I noticed that they charged me $ 10 in addition to what I authorized. $ 10 is not a lot of money, but this is not how you should do your business. Be careful everyone!

The food is absolutely delicious, w the waiters and hostess at the front are very nice, and the food is decently priced. The quality is great at such an affordable price! My boyfriend and I discovered this place while on vacation and we come back every time we are in Tahoe and craving something other than seafood.

The absolute worst Chinese food I’ve ever had. General chicken had no flavor– not even a dash of spicy and it’s marked as a spicy item on the menu. The wonton soup… not even edible after the first taste of it. Got and sour soup bland and tasteless. The chowmein was ok. The best part of the meal was probably the fried wonton dipped in sweet & sour sauce. It was so awful that we just kept laughing because we couldn’t believe there was such a thing as bad Chinese food.

We got a recommendation from lake vacation resort. We got there it was clean. We ordered our food it came out so quickly it was very fresh and tasty. We would go back. Oh ya our waitress didn’t speak very well English my son asked her a couple of questions and couldn’t answer but later the waitress said is he your dad? He is handsome like u. Hahaha supper funny.

We had the family meal A and it was delicious! The vegetables were fresh and had some crunch to them! The soup was awesome and different from anything else we’ve had.

This is like Chinese restaurants used to be — large quantities of mainly Cantonese food with plenty of fresh veggies, apparently served by very attentive family members. My wife and I enjoyed our dinners very much, ordered one for take-out, and there was plenty of food for the other four members of our family back at the rented condo. Low prices. I would eat there often if they were in Columbia, MD.

maybe this is simply best Chinese restaurant in town with reasonable prices. Garlic chicken is kind of sweet, crispy :)

The food was very fresh and tasty. We ordered sweet and sour shrimp, beef and broccoli, veggie chow mien, and some other stuff I can’t remember. My meal came with one egg roll, a fried shrimp, won ton soup, and some other stuff I didn’t eat. What I did eat was delicious tho. The service and pricing was very good as well. I’m from LA and this will be a spot I visit when in Tahoe.

The only reason I gave this place 1 star is because there was not an option to give zero stars, the food is way over priced, the portions are small and worst of all the food was so bland! 35 $ for flavorless crap! I highly recommend that you never come to this place if you are looking for good quality food! *two thumbs down*

I always have a great time here, great staff, amazing Chinese food, and a local favorite. The food is to die for, with cheap prices a plus as well. I recommend the chow main, and the egg flower soup. They also have dinner prices for 13.99 $ soup, appetizers and an entrée. I can honestly say this is the best Chinese food in Tahoe.

With affordable prices and great food, I highly recommend this Chinese restaurant. Most of all, I’m glad they don’t use MSG at all.

After a short hike with the family, we were all hungry and wanted something fast. We didn’t want to go through a drive thru, so we decided to try to place out. Its a small restaurant, nothing fancy here. Food was served warm, not hot. Food was okay, like food court quality. Service was friendly. My favorite out of all the dishes we ordered was the chow fun. Noodles were good! Everything else was just okay.

If you are into American Chinese food then maybe this is your place. But if you are looking for anything remotely authentic Chinese food you are in for a HUGE disappointment. We ordered spicy chicken and double cooked pork. And both sucked. They used the same sauce and just changed the meat. Huge chunks of pork. Yikes!

This is still my favorite Chinese food place in Tahoe, however lately it’s been seeming a little touch and go as far as quality goes. Some days, it tastes like they make the food fresh and it tastes AH-MAY-ZING but lately, and more often than not, it’s been seeming like the food is pre-made and its either WAY over-cooked from being reheated, or super soggy from sitting around. They should consider making food when it’s ordered to ensure quality, even if that means it takes longer than five minuets for pick up… Even so, I won’t stop eating here… just sayin…,

Honestly, probably the best Chinese we could find around Lake Tahoe during the few days we were there. It’s not entirely authentic of course, but is a good mix of Americanized and authentic. I think I got the sesame chicken and a bunch of other vegetable dishes, but they ended up giving me a decent amount of broccoli with the chicken anyway. Be warned, it’s very oily! The service wasn’t the best, as one guy was running the entire floor, even taking a personal call while he was showing people to a table… at least he seemed like he didn’t want to take the call, but that’s definitely something I’ve never seen before. Only four stars since all the other Chinese around Tahoe are worse. And also for attempting to keep you healthy with a few greens with your sesame chicken. Perhaps the lesson is to not to eat Chinese food around Tahoe, unless you only eat Chinese(like my parents…).
