Water Babies

Prenatal full body massage customized for moms to be, offering support for this special time of a woman’s life. Relaxing and therapeutic, addressing swelling, low back discomfort, sciatic pain, and body aches. This massage is great for mom’s who are feeling restless, iiritable, anxious or just simply wish to relax further. Hot towels & aromatherapy included. 60 min $ 100

Craniosacral with Reiki

Very relaxing and meditative technique that will leave you more centered, grounded and aware of your chakras-​enrgy centers. Reiki life energy flows through the body as Craniosacral helps to alignt the body back to it’s midline and balanced state. Session is used to balanace the chakras as well as remove blocks. Intention setting is highly encouraged. Use of crystals and aromatherapy. 60min $ 100

Established in 2012.

Holistic Tides was born out of Natalia’s love for the Ocean, and the belief that just like the tides our bodies and our health also ebb and flow. Offering Massage Therapy in Sunny San Diego as well as in the beautiful mountains of South Lake Tahoe.

Holistic Tides focuses on customized Massage Therapy treatments for the individual, restoring, balancing and energyzing the body awakening to better health.

Business Owner

As a graduate of Mueller College with a Holistic Health Practitioner certificate in Integrated Bodywork holding 1,400 hrs of studies Natalia Romano-​Williams is certified in Swedish, Deep tissue, Sports, Myofacial & Trigger Point, Prenatal massage, Reiki, Asian fire cupping and uses aromatherapy & crystals to integrate the body, mind and soul. Some of her previous work settings include Mexico’s Mayan riviera, in chiropractic with post-​injury rehab, backstage at concerts, as well as with outpatient mental health and drug and alcohol rehab.

Natalia is here to assist in your healing and overall pleasant holistic massage experience using her vast knowledge of the body and aligning with your intentions to feel better.

In Prenatal massage Natalia offers support, comfort & nurturing energy for mothers to be in a time of rapid change.

Natalia’s in persuit of a degree in Kinesiology furthering her study of the body and infusing holistic theory with western applications.
