History
Established in 1973.
My repair business was started when I was an Emancipated Juvenile in 1952. At 15 years-old I had saved money from the usual kids-things of mowing lawns, etc. I purchased a small electronics business. I repaired black & white TV’s & radios. I expanded & convinced RCA to sell me a few of the ‘new fangled color TV’s’. I was very early into them, long before others in L.A. I learned quite well how to maintain these old troublesome vacuum tube sets. I started selling Muntz TV’s too. A bit later, Motorola brought out the first transistor radios, & I sold them; later the Zenith products. I sold that business years later, as I decided that I needed an advanced engineering degree in electronics. The draft beckoned, but I still did some repairs in a small way. More history since moving to Tahoe in 1972 is on my website.
