EZ Home Mgmt has been cleaning our Tahoe Keys vacation home since we began renting it three years ago. We couldn’t be happier with the quality of work, and the cooperative attitudes of Erica and her staff. They are meticulous, and have never missed a scheduled cleaning. I believe they are one of the main reasons our vacation rental has been so successful.
Without a doubt, Erica the most responsive and responsible vendor we have ever dealt with. She and her husband are very involved in the South Lake Tahoe community, and they’re here to stay!

I’m very happy to have met and hired Erica to manage a vacation rental in the Keys. I am a property manager and realtor in the Santa Cruz area and really needed someone to be the local contact/​cleaner/​manager for this large home.
She always comes through, day or night, if guests have a problem. The house has never been in better shape either! Conscientious and hard working, definitely recommend her.

EZ Home Management has been managing my vacation property for over 10 years. We live in San Diego and must rely on someone to take care of the investment in our beautiful Tahoe home. Not only do they keep it meticulously clean, they check on the property on a regular basis for maintenance and security issues. It is hard to find reliable home management companies in Tahoe and I’ve tried a few. EZ Home Management is by far the most capable. I would probably sell my property if they were not available to manage and care for our home.
