Clean As a Whistle

If you need a SUPERIOR cleaning service look NO further. We rented a VERY expensive vacation home in Lake Tahoe that was FILTHY when we arrived. After 14 hours of travel, trying to clean the house without any provided supplies and wash sheets & towels when we arrived (because they were all filthy), tears, exhaustion and many desperate calls trying to get the booking agency to help us, Clean As A Whistle came through for us (we found them ourselves without help from the booking agency… that’s another story in itself!)! They came out to help us very late in the evening and did an absolutely fabulous job! They are the best and I highly, highly recommend them!!! You cannot go wrong hiring this great team, and if you do, you won’t regret it as you’ll have a SPARKLINGLY CLEAN house!

I was in a panic scrambling around trying to find someone to clean our home for a move out the week of thanksgiving. I knew it was a long shot but left messages at several places. Harmony called back very quickly and even though they were booked, she could tell I was feeling stressed about it and offered to do some things to make sure a move out clean was completed by the end of the month. What a kind, responsible business and the first people I would call if I ever needed someone again.

Harmony and Dave clean and do repairs and maintenance on 2 vacation rental units that I own. The turn over is high and they have never let me down. I get great reviews from my clientele on the cleanliness and presentation of our properties, and that’s what makes us great partners. The more satisfied my customers are, the more business I get and that’s good for both of us! Harmony understands that and as such goes out of her way to keep OUR customers happy at all costs, including delivering little gifts if there is any concerns. The key to her success is great communication. We talk openly about any concerns I have and she makes adjustments as needed. Our partnership has blossomed as a result into a mean, clean working machine!

The rental unit we occupied was cleaned before our arrival by Clean As a Whistle and it was spotless. Harmony and Dave were called on by the owners to tend to a couple of issues with the unit while we were there and we were so pleased to get to meet them. They are very sincere people and very thorough in their work. They said they would take care of a particular issue that same night, we said it could wait until the next day but they wouldn’t hear of it. They took are of the matter in a very professional, efficient, effective manner. They wanted to insure that our stay was comfortable and didn’t want to postpone completing the job until the next day.
We wish Harmony and Dave much success with their business. Continuing in the professional, caring, dedicated way they are now conducting their business will surely secure that success.

I found her on Unilocal!And although there were no reviews, I decided to call and give it a shot. Plus, she answered right away unlike the other places I called from Unilocal.
She was very easy to talk to.
Her motto is: I clean like if this was my own home!
Which is awesome, because she pointed out what she cleans in the home and right away I knew she would do a great job!!! Which she did :)
She guarantees her work, so if you feel she misses something in the home she is more than happy to come back and clean it without any complaints or questions.
I definitely will be using her again and highly recommend…
Also recommend (and with any cleaning company) you make your appointment in the morning… that’s when hey have the most energy.
