Ryan at affordable window cleaning did a fantastic job at removing dust debris and gunk from are window tracks. He also left are Windows sparkling clean. Ryan and his crew were very attentive and detail oriented We will have them back next year to clean are vacation home.

I am super picky about my windows and absolutely HATE streaks or smudges in the corners. But our high windows on the outside of the house are impossible for me to clean on my own. So, we thought to try Affordable Window Cleaning. And I really have to say, WOW! I’ve used other window cleaning companies in town, but no one has done the job that the entire AWC team did. They seriously did a GREAT job! No streaks, no corner smudges, and for an additional reasonable fee, they polished the horrible water damage off of our front windows. If Affordable Window Cleaning is not the number one window washing company in Tahoe, it will be soon!

We worked with Ryan and his team recently on our Lake Tahoe Chalet recently and were very impressed with his work. He is very professional and detail oriented, and is an excellent communicator. Overall they did a great job on our windows, including skylights, sliding glass doors, and floor to ceiling windows. We would not hesitate to use them again for future work.

This is by far the best and most punctual window cleaning company In the tahoe basin. Affordable window cleaning answered the phone on the second ring !! (Atypical for tahoe) they had are two vacation homes scheduled within a few minutes. Ryan and his team went above and beyond the call of duty when he showed up with a doggy treat for are princess. They made sure all are hardwood floors were protected. There wasn’t a single drop of water anywhere. They protected are exterior and interior walls with ladder bonnets. The price was very competitive. We will hire these guys again. Thanks Ryan.

I am beyond impressed and so super happy with the way my windows look! My windows were disgustingly dirty but I was hesitant to have them professionally cleaned because of how expensive I thought it would be. We have used Affordable Window Cleaning multiple times now, and are always impressed with crystal clear windows! I live in a three story house with multiple in-​accessible windows over looking Heavenly Ski area and the Tahoe Basin Forests… It always so nice to come home to clean streak free glass so we can enjoy the view! I searched high and low, far and wide to find a good cleaning service and my experience with this company has far out done my expectations. I organize everything via text and charges are made automatically which cut out all the drama and time. They are very professional, kind and warm. They have a key to my house so when I am not there they can go in and do their magic. I highly recommend this company and will never use anyone else. They even told me if I am not happy with the service to let them know what went wrong and they will address the issue the next day with a cleaning or refund the charges.
In a town like Lake Tahoe its a real joy to find a company as professional and reliable as this!

My windows were in very poor condition. I just purchased a second home in south Lake Tahoe We called a couple window cleaners and affordable window cleaning answered and was out to my house within a few hours to give me a bid. The bid was fair and the actual cleaning of the windows was fast and beyond my expectation. He was very tolerant of both my dogs and seemed to protect my hard wood floors from dropping water. Will call him again !! I would recommend these guys to anybody.

Affordable WIndow cleaning did my windows on my three story condo in the keys. Very happy with the results, i was told about how the windows may not look 100% clean if there is seals broken in the window. Very good price. Will use him again next season.
I did see some drops of dirty water in one room, but it was hidden.
