First time I went into the shop and they where supposed to have a tech call me. 4 Months later I go into the shop and asking why no one contacted me. No real answer, fine I will give them the benefit of the doubt.
Go in last week and book an appointment for Wednesday Oct 28th. The tech will call you they said in the morning. 16:30 and no call, so I call them. I ask how come nobody called? The answer, «the tech is running behind». Do you want to book another date. No I don’t. I took off work to wait all day for your Tech! Beyond disappointed as I always try to shop local vendors. Not sure how you are still in business with this below par customer service.
