Definitely a 5 star review only because I can’t go higher! I cannot tell you how much John Phillips has helped me with increasing my productivity and eliminating my habit of procrastinating. I procrastinated everything! I was constantly putting everything off. In fact I was late to my first appointment with John! He has been great! I started out wanting to increase my productivity from a level of a 1 – 1.5 up to that of a 7 in a scale out of 10. I was trying to be realistic! Boy was I in for a surprise. Not only did I get to a 10, but I’ve surpassed my goal by quadruple! I thought if I could work an average of just 2 hours a day on my side business goals then I’d be happy. As of right now and for the last three weeks, I’ve averaged 8 hours a day 5 days a week on top of working a full time job 80+ hours a week! This is just one of the many ways that John has helped me. He has been great!

My experience with the Salt Lake City hypnosis center has been amazing. I have tried many different healing modalities and have seen small changes in me, just not to the extent that I was hoping for. I have been interested in hypnosis for years, but this is the first I have tried it. I started working with John a few weeks ago on some of my issues, and I have to say, it has taken me by surprise. Things that have held me back for years, are leaving me, to where I can enjoy my life more fully. I am so grateful for the positive changes that are happening, I was starting to think I would have to live with these challenges the rest of my life. I would highly recommend John, he is very professional and has a nice calm voice.
