I have been a member for 3 year now. I have never had a bad experience. The staff is always kind. I have my favorites(and preferences) that do my massages. I appreciate the reminder calls so I don’t forget my appointment. Love it.

Massage Envy is a ripoff. My boyfriend is not the most financially savvy person. They talked him into signing up for a plan where he pays $ 49.99 a month for 1 one-hour massage credit that he has to use himself. He can gift 1 every 6 months. This is no cheaper than any person walking in off the street would pay. In fact, when I went in with him, they charged me $ 49.99 for an hour massage even though he had 10 credits built up and even though the board showed the price as $ 39.99, $ 10 less than they actually charged. When I asked the receptionist what the advantage was to sign up for their«club,» she couldn’t tell me. It’s basically a way to force you into getting a massage each month even though there is no price concession whatsoever. Why would anyone sign up for this? It makes no sense whatsoever. Avoid Massage Envy! Bad business practices!

Augh worst experience ever. This is the worst type of business model. You see it on infommercials, cable TV, anything that requires a subscription. They tell you that you sign up for a certain time period then when you don’t call and cancel they keep charging you and then tell you its for your benefit. No, it’s actually not its because your corporate greediness hopes that your customers will forget to cancel and thus they can keep charging you. What kind of service is that? I signed a 6 month contract in blood. DONOTSIGNTHEIRCONTRACT. Go somewhere else, ANYWHEREBUTHERE! I would even recommend a shady Asian joint with happy endings versus this one. DONOTSIGNONTHATDOTTEDLINE. After my third massage I just was not enjoying myself and tried to get out of the contract, HA! Good luck people. They really don’t care if you enjoy yourself or not as long as your name is on that line and you can’t get out of that contract. I gave a couple away but they only let you do that once a month too with a fee! So on the day my 6 month contract ended I was ecstatic, but don’t fall for it — they kept charging me after the period and said I couldn’t use any of the massages I had been saving unless I kept letting them charge me per month. I already paid for them, yet they have the power to take them away from you. It doesn’t matter that you gave them your hard earned money already, as long as you cancel they can take them all away. I was also told they NEVER expire, thats only if you NEVER cancel. What a horrible company. The people tell you they want to help you when in reality they just want to steal your money and not give you any of their crappy services. Go to a real place, a fancy beautiful place with lavender smells and spa music. This is what I get for being a cheap bastard — cheap service. I cancelled today and lost 5 massages. Hope you’re enjoying my hard earned money.

I guess you pay for what you get… it’s comparable to Walmart of the massage world. I won’t be going back.

I have been going to this location every month, for over 3 years. And they provide me with excellent services, every time. I think they are much better than a lot of the high-price salons. Highly recommend!

Rude rude rude at the front desk. I apoligise if I interrupted the front desk gossip talk, but I would like a massage… No smile, just got a bad ‘tude… Walk in. I smile, get nada back except the Martian look from miss attitude. Eventually one of the two girls asks me: «May I help you?»… I’m thinking No, I’m just here for my health… Or Yes, I would like a quarter pounder w/cheese… I would like a massage please. We can’t take you till 6… Is there anyway you can fit me in now? «NO»(w/a look that says Go Away”) Of course I understand that I wouldn’t be able to get in right away… w/two employee hanging around? but the NASTY looks put me over the edge.
