I gave 2 stars as the food was fine. BUT how do you make a turkey cranberry sunflower salad without cranberries or sunflower seeds? I had a very limited time for lunch as I was at work so I couldn’t check my order before I left. I placed my order online an hour before I scheduled to pick it up and I STILL found myself waiting 25 minutes for them to make my food. Absolutely ridiculous. I have been ignored on Twitter as well.

I have been to this location so many times and have had a good experience 95% of the time, but I stopped through the drive thru tonight at 9:30 and the person running the drive through either said herself or had turned on a recording that said, «Thank you for your visit. We are currently closed…» They are open until 10 and the open sign was still on and people were ordering inside. Such a bad experience. I’m really disappointed. I won’t be back.

Service is SLOW and they’re constantly out of items. It should not take 10 minutes to bag up a loaf of already-baked bread and a cookie and hand it to me This is a management problem, and from what I can tell, this is a rudderless ship. I like their food, so I’m only deducting one star from my original review, but I’m THIS close to removing Kneaders from my rotation. If things don’t show some improvement really soon, they’re going to lose my business.

I love kneaders and their food is amazing, however the service in the drive thru was the absolute worst. The cashier working this morning acted like we were a huge inconvenience and shut the window on my husband before he could even say a word. We won’t be going back to this one. I only have two stars because their food is great, would’ve been one otherwise.

Pretty bad service and no hi, thank you, anything and drive thru is horribly slow. Keep telling myself not coming here but every time I give it another try, they never fail to disappoint. Plus the portion is always up and down. Today I got a TBA sandwich and I would never pay $ 8.62 for this little piece of sandwich with almost no turkey meat in it. Ugh. Never again.

They NEVER have everything on their menu and their staff is awful. This location needs a new manager.

Kneaders bakery café serves fresh and delicious soups, sandwiches, salads, and treats. As an added bonus they offer seasonal craft/gifts and a cute wrapping paper station. I came here with my family and ordered the vege sandwich. It should have more vegetables or cost $ 1 – 2 less. What I most enjoy is the wide selection of treats. If you’re looking for a place to eat lunch, dinner, go on a date, or after-game gatherings, there’s something for everyone here.

Im a big Kneaders fan! Maybe it is the nostalgia because it reminds me of my college days, when I would frequent it often. But maybe it is the fresh quality food and friendly employees. Likely both! I’ve said it before, but soups, sandwiches, and salads are some of my favorite foods, so of course Kneaders is gonna be somewhere I frequent, and since they do it right, I’m all in! Their menu is great — with fresh breads, yummy salads, delicious smoothies, the baked goods, and of course, French toast. I also love that it is a healthy drive thru option! Wish there were more(any!) places like this where I live. Sometimes, you are on the road, and hungry, but want something fresh and healthier than a greasy fast food burger, and don’t want to get yourself and/or kids out of the car. On this trip, I had the the turkey, bacon, avocado salad and got the strawberry tsunami smoothie for my kids. The salad was a perfect size with a generous amount of protein. And not like deli turkey sliced and diced, but think chunks of shredded turkey breast that was juicy and flavorful. Plus crispy bacon and creamy avocado. A great salad! The drive thru is a little slow, but considering you are getting fresh, healthy food, it is a wait I’m happy to do.

I got the Portobello Mushroom Panini and it was not good at all. This was the second time we had a take out in the last couple of weeks and they totally messed both up. We won’t be back.

This place is made for the South Jordan stay-at-home mom’s lunch with friends. The food is a more filing version of food you’d find at a tea party, and it’s decorated with home décor(for sale). I’ve always gotten the French dip, which has only a few slices of beef but on a 6 in bagette sliced vertically. Not bad. I wouldn’t go out of my way, but I wouldn’t protest. The people working here are scary nice too.

I love their Chocolate Moose Dome, it’s simply amazing. If you love chocolate, you need to get one. And yes, their sandwiches are good here too. :)

I absolutely love Kneaders and while I think it is on the slightly pricier side, it is totally worth it. Their sandwiches, soups and salads are absolutely delicious and generously portioned. Plus I always need to pick up sugar cookies for the kids, and of course one for myself. Oh, and they have pebble ice. A total win! My favorite is the meal combo with the turkey, bacon and avocado on asiago cheese bread with a side of soup and a Diet Coke.

They have really good french toasts! I strongly recommend it, especially if you are there for breakfast because its UNLIMITED. I have never been able to get past 2 plates, because they are so filling. The slices are on the large size and I would say their crown jewel of the plate is their special maple syrup. The store itself felt very cozy. Wooden tables and chairs. The staff were friendly when I went. Sometimes there is a large line but it moves pretty quickly. They only have 1 cashier, hence the line. Don’t forget the free samples by the cash register. Those are free yummies.

Went on a Thursday night @ 8. Ordered a chocolate bomb and a cannoli. My cousin ordered a salad and the bread pudding(which I did try). Prices are comparible, within $ 0.40−0.75 cents of my favorite bakery further north. The flavors were great and the salad a decent size. The bread pudding was a tad sweet for my taste but I would order it again! The selection was just my size, not overwhelming but had a plenty to offer. I have no complaints, it’s small but still a «chain» bakery :(Wish it was locally owned(it could be a franchise though). The employees didn’t even kick us out after we stayed 10 min past closing by accident! I will go back!

The sausage egg and cheese croissantwich is part of the breakfast menu which is over at 11am. This is the best fresh tasting croissantwich I’ve ever had! They use real eggs, sometimes the sausage can taste a little too«herbally» if you think about it too hard but overall it is awesome! And it’s less than $ 5!

We went here on a weeknight with 2 parties in front of us(one party of 4 and the other a party of 2). Food took about 15 – 20 minutes to arrive after orderin(unusually slow compared to other Kneaders locations). They also forgot to grill my panini and it was a cold sandwich instead. As a Kneaders fan, I was disappointed with this location, but hoping it was just an off night.

Reminds me of a panera but with better service and food. :) Great portions too! I also really enjoyed how they had a variety of samples placed out rather than just one item. Will be coming back for sure!

I have been coming to Kneader’s every other Friday for the last three months. Every time I get the cinnamon roll, a fruit smoothie and pick at their delicious samples. Kneader’s really stands by their bakery products. Awesome selection. Did I mention I love their cinnamon rolls? Get one, have them heat it up and thank me later. I’ve eaten there for breakfast as well and their egg sandwiches are also really good. Wouldn’t get them too often though. If you do eat here for breakfast, give yourself some time and get the bottomless french toast. Well made and filling. Looking forward to my next morning visit.

Kneaders is always great. Love the desserts! And I’ve never had a bad sandwich there. Turkey bacon avocado sandwich = great, but hold the onions or you’ll be tasting them all night. Also, I miss the Ultimate Brownie Cookie Bar :(Bring it back please!
