Not as positive an experience as when I was here for 12÷23÷15 through 01÷01÷16. That was a very good first impression and I let hotel management know how happy I was. But this time…
I unfortunately chose a room that happened to be next to some person who for whatever reason does NOT SLEEP during the hours of 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. I didn’t hear him on my first night there on 4/​20, but the next night he was in some conversation that went on until I finally tried to get some sleep around 12:30 a.m. At around 5:45 a.m. I woke up and could still hear him. The guy makes absolutely no effort to keep his voice down. I called down to the front desk to complain and was immediately given the «oh we’re so sorry, yes, we’ll speak to him» then the young lady asked me if I wanted to change rooms. I asked her why the hell should I change rooms — I’m not the one causing a disturbance!
For whatever reason, didn’t hear him until the following Monday night. Then around 9:00 p.m., loud conversation again. At around 11:15, I’d had enough. I went downstairs to the front desk and asked for another room. So from 11:30 p.m. to about 1:00 a.m., I moved all my crap from the room I was in to another room on the same floor. I was NOT amused. Although I am not exactly a physically incapacitated wimp, I AM a 62 year-​old widow lady and I most certainly would like to know WHY this jerk is so damn important that he rates inconveniencing anyone else who has the misfortune to stay in any room near him. Because based on my impression, I’m NOT the only guest this jerk has annoyed, bothered, and cost sleep. But he seems to be more important than the rest of us low-​class guests.
Good bye, Home2. It was nice while it lasted. (P.S. Hate that damn induction cooktop and crap looking pan that I’m forced to use with it.)

I love this place. My kids are having a blast. There’s so much room and we have a full kitchenette with cookware available.

Super nice people. Very helpful. Room was great. Love the full size fridge and that you have actual plates and silverware. So nice to not have to eat out all the time. They also will provide a hotplate and pans upon request. Breakfast is great and not your average continental junk. They also keep it fully stocked until the end. Some places run out and won’t refill those times, so you miss out if you sleep in a little. Room is comfy and clean. Modern and fresh and large enough to not feel cramped. The only complaint was the nous from above. Not sure if the floors were thin or just rude people stomping around every night.

This is our second ski trip to Utah, we enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt house last year and thought this year will try Home2 by Hilton. Pros: hotel is clean, good beds, helpfull staff, complimentary pass at Lifetime fitness nearby that has a bad customer service, and free laundry.
Cons: kitchen does not have a full oven, hotel provides you with induction stove with tiny pan. (not big enough to cook for a family of four) we had to buy induction compatible cookware, (I learned a lot about induction in this hotel.) No whirlpool, you have to go the nearby gym, most front desk staff doesn’t have knowledge about ski resorts, trips, bus schedules and such, thought they try to be helpful. Hyatt house provided us with every infomation we need to ski. We stayed for seven nights and housekeeping skip our room for two consecutive days. I don’t think our sheets were changed for the week. Oh, the breakfast that is mediocre. But again staff is very helpfull.
You get what you pay after all; will I stay at this hotel next time? Nah… will go back at the Hyatt house.

This hotel is clean and has good service. I stay here while in town for work. I have 2 gripes. First is that the water pressure in the shower is ridiculously low, I’d be better off filling a bucket in the sink and dumping it on myself. EXTREMELY annoying bc it is really that low. I can only imagine a female with long hair trying to get all the shampoo out — nearly impossibly. Second is the paper thin walls and floors. You can hear everything person’s door that closes, every person who walks down the hall or coughs on the next room.
Other than that the place is always sports clean and the people are nice.

Great hotel. I have stayed here a few times when I was moving locally. Staff is always nice and rooms are new and clean. There is also a lot of good food and drink choices close by.
Rooms– Super clean and new.
Breakfast– it is Continental style so enjoy your cereal and toast.

Our stay here was delightful. We came in at 6 am from driving all night and the staff were so accommodating and helpful. The room was impeccably clean and well stocked with towels. The sheets were so soft! During our 30 hour stay I think we talked to most of the front desk staff and they were all very nice and helpful. There was plenty of parking too! If I’m ever in the area again this would be my first choice!

Great little hotel. everything seems brand new. Kitchenette in our room was clean and well organized. Staff was bubbly and informative. I even won guest of the day and got a free snack!

Every time we walked into the main lobby my 5 year old girl said «wow it smells good in here!». The hotel is beautiful, the service is exceptional and everything in the room was very high quality, from the beds to the art hanging on the walls to the furniture. The door was extremely heavy & hard to open (I’m thinking it must block sound or something). The complementary internet was fast too. This really is a nice hotel, highly recommended.

I try to stay at Hiltons for Hilton honors points and I must admit that I love this new concept by Hilton! I travel the country and spend a lot of time in various hotels and was very impressed with this place. Everything in this hotel is brand new and incredibly clean! This particular brand offers rooms that are basically studio apartments with living, sleeping, cooking and work areas.
Our contemporary studio had a large plasma TV (42″ — guessing), a kitchenette w/​dishwasher, dish set (mugs, glasses, plates, silverware), microwave, full refrigerator w/​freezer, coffee maker, radio/​alarm clock w/​iPhone charging, comfy king bed, pull out sofa, and thick curtain divider to separate the bed from the living room area for added privacy.
It is located in a convenient/​central location for work or play in Salt Lake City, UT. The hotel is situated within an office park with easy access to freeways. You can make it downtown or head to the mountains in a jiffy! There were lots of restaurants nearby so one can easily hunt down a place to eat.
This hotel was pet friendly and they offered lots of grassy areas (w/​pet stations) for your pup to do it business. There did charge a pet fee (call ahead and ask for details) but I knew that when I made my reservation. The front desk staff gave us a lower floor room with direct access to the pet area so we didn’t have to take the pup through the lobby to go outside. We took a quick walk on their hiking trail out back and pup really enjoyed it. It was well lit at night and lined with grassy areas.
This spot is a solid 4.5 stars/​5 stars. I scored an amazing deal online (under $ 100 is a steal for this spot). The staff was super accommodating and I’m happy with our decision to stay here. I will return whenever I’m in the Salt lake area!

Really enjoyed staying at this new facility. I was told this morning it opened in December 2013.
Friendly staff, bright colors, looks brand new because it is. The bed sheets are probably the most comfortable I have ever experienced. I don’t know anything about sheets but I’ve stayed in a lot of places and this was the first time I ever noticed the comfortableness of sheets.
The «desk» in the room is oddly high, however. Not very comfortable to sit at wven with the desk chair raised up all the way. I went into the lobby area to work on my laptop (which is actually better in a lot of ways than staying holed up in the room). The wireless internet is terribly slow, however I discovered this power tip: they lent me an ethernet cable for the jack available beside the public lobby computer. That had fastness.
I stayed here partly because during my trip most of the SLC hotels were booked or were crazy pricey. Thankfully I did not mind the 16 mile drive to and from the city. Traffic here was pretty doable even at rush hour.
