She gets 4.5 stars! I had been a patient of Dr. Samuels for many years, in her Wabash Avenue location, only now having to look again after BCBSIL no longer has Rush University Health as part of the plan. First, she’s on time (or pretty much). I hate waiting and her office staff gets you in for the preliminaries and in a room quickly. Dr. Samuels is personable, efficient, has a sense of humor, and keeps up with her professional development. Besides having a great magazine collection, she transitioned me to lower doses of asthma medication and she helped me not worry as much. She’s a touch brusque but very caring. I’m sorry I have to leave.
