Where do I start? LIAR, FAKE RELIGIOUS PERSON, HYPOCRITE, SLUM LORD. That basically is the truth, Ms. Rice has no ethical bone in her body. My family and I moved into a three story home and rented the main floor and a gentleman had the top floor, the basement area wasn’t used by people but used by an enormous amount of black mold. I’m not saying a little bit but an entire wall consumed from floor to ceiling. I felt like I was in a horror film, an area that was utilized by a cereal murderer who not only killed but also purposely grew mold to conceal the odor of death. The ceiling literally above our toilet had a hole due to continuously leaking water from the man upstairs every time he flushed his toilet and it would cascade onto our toilet lid and got so large where you could stick your head in it. For 7 months I payed NOTHING, I sent her office a CERTIFIED letter describing in detail what was going on and she rejected it and came back with a stamp on it with a hand pointing back to me. We stood there one year exactly due to the lease agreement. May God have mercy on her soul.
