Tony’s Auto Repair Shop

Today my heat stopped working in my car. We called the shop and were told they probably would be able to get to us today, but when I stated that we are from out of town and have a 3 hour drive home they insisted that we come in as soon as possible and they would see what they could do. The mechanic was very honest, and told us the car wash we went to (with very high wind pressure) blew a fuse apart. He simply put it back together and did not want to charge us at all. We literally had to fight to tip them. Excellent service and sincerely great people.

Very honest and fast with fair pricing. A pleasure to work with. We were from out of town and dropped it off on a Saturday and picked it up the following Monday afternoon.

This is a small auto repair shop next to the BK in South Haven. They are good, down to earth folks who provided me with fast, courteous, excellent service at a reasonable price. I believe they’re hourly rate is about $ 20 less than just about any other shop around. I stopped in out of the blue with two tie rod ends that I had purchased myself with the intention of installing them myself. Long story short, I decided to have the parts installed by a mechanic instead. I was actually going to BK to have lunch, happened to have the parts with me, and noticed Tony’s shop right next door. So I figured I’d ask if they could install the parts while I ate next door. His wife, a friendly gal, asked Tony, and he said sure, no problem! He had the two tie rod ends installed by the time I scarfed down a Whopper and a Coke. The price was very reasonable. He doesn’t do front end alignments but they called a local dealer down the street and I got Tony’s discounted price of only 50 bucks for a front end alignment! And to top it off they did it right away! Can’t say enough good things about my experience here.
