WORST SERVICE!!! The lady with the glasses is so RUDE it’s actually sickening, not sure if she is the owner or what. I went to take a coat that had a stain and right away in a horrible voice and attitude she asked if it was paint. I told her no and told her she was very rude. I assume that offended her because she kept saying no one has ever told her that before. I told her that her tone was aggressive and she sounded rude. I told her she made it seem as if it was a paint stain she wouldn’t take the coat. Well she kept on about the comment i made about her being rude so I waited for my ticket and left. I told her always handle business with a smile when dealing with customers. She didn’t like that very much I assume. When I went back to pick up the coat I took a hat on and asked if they cleaned hats she immediately remembered me and said «oh you’re the one that said I was rude so no we don’t dry clean hats!» I told her just because I told you that you were rude you’re going to refuse service to me she then said well you said I was rude and it’s not worth cleaning a hat! So I got my coat, paid and left and told the person behind me that this lady was rude and I would take my business elsewhere. Worst customer service ever. She should look for another profession where she doesn’t have to deal with people… Only reason I gave it a 1 star is because You have to rate. But I give this place a total 0
