Its SUPER rare to find a good nail place that pays attention to detail and that is not too pricey in the south gate/​hp area! This is mine and my mom’s new nail place forsure! We both loved the outcome of our nails and there were no issues! I loved how the lady who did my nails actually took her time on them and paid attention to detail when filing them ‚)
Bonus: Spa chairs, not too packed like new york nails or vickys! & nice color selection of reg polish and gel! :)

Omg this is a nice, clean and artistic nail salon! I had Steven do my pedicure and it looks amazing:) I emphasize clean and neat because that is what I look for in a nail salon! First time and would definitely come again! Thank you V Nails;)!

Dont judge a book by its cover. Doesnt catch ur eye when u pass through, but AWESOME! A little pricey, but worth it. A must try. Steven did my nails, he took his time and paid attention to details.

Excellent service. Rain or shine, the people at the nail shop were as friendly as ever. I came in with my friends who recommended the place. At first, I was a little skeptical because I was new to the area and have not heard of this place. However, I was soooo impressed by the staff. «Tina» worked on my fingers, and they look fantastic. She took a good amount of time with my pedicure and kept complimenting how pretty I am (lol’s). Plus, it’s next to the grocery store so I did groceries while I was there. I think it’ll be my new spot! Thank goodness a decent nail shop opened up in this neighborhood. I tried some of the other nail shops in the area, but they do a sloppy job. Not this one!

Great Service, friendly customer service, and great prices!!! I’m usually very picky and cautious where I go to get my nails done I found this place on Unilocal and it exceeded my expectations. It’s a nice place very clean. The workers are friendly, Iby did my nails her skills are amazing and she’s super friendly and makes you feel very comfortable. My nails look amazing I love her work and did I mention the prices are great as well. I will come back and bring my friends!

Ok so I might be biased but I love coming here! My girl Ivy is so amazing, tears come to my eyes. I have followed her from Highland Park to here, her skills are AMAZING!!! The place is clean, large and defiantly a diamond in the rough. Ivy’s nail skills and knowledge is to perfection, I am extremely picky about my nails and she has turned into the love of my life. I’m always laughing when I walk in they know my name and I love coming here and feeling at home. Every woman should be getting her nails done and V Nails is the place to do it!

Today was my first time going to V Nails and Spa. I made an appointment with Ivy since most all reviews say how great she is, doing nails, I got a gel manicure. I had been to many places and was never happy with the outcome of my gel manicures, certain places my nails would chip the same day so instead of going places I had started to do my own manicures but not gel for over 2 years. I was skeptical about going to V Nails and Spa but all the reviews made me make the decision of giving them a try. I absolutely Love the work Ivy provided, the gel and the high quality products used sure are well worth the price. I was seen right away and I like how they honor the appointment times for clients unlike other places that say make an appointment and still make you wait. This place is very clean, the staff is friendly and I like how organized they are. I asked a girl next to me also getting a gel manicure how long they usually last her and she says she goes every 2 weeks and never has had a nail chip on her. I am excited to go back and next time get a gel pedicure as well. I highly recommend this place. Thank you Ivy, see you soon!!!

My first time here. I had gel manicure done by Vi. She was friendly and professional. Ive never been to a nail salon that has no chemical smell, is so clean and the ambience is so inviting. Overall, I had such an awesome experience that I will be sure to stop by again soon. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant time

Love this salon ! Ivy the owner is great and very helpful, the staff always makes me feel welcome and they do a great job on their work (very detailed, and listen to what you want). So glad this place opened because there aren’t many good nail places around the area that have such helpful employees like V nails spa.

This is so close to my house I’ve been here more than once & I love my nails short & long not thick not too thin perfect shape too. The best pedicure ever they actually take their time not just rush and paint your nails. The staff is super friendly every single one. The owner is a sweetheart I love her I def recommend coming here

They did a great job on my nails. I got gel on them and even though it took 5 trys to get it right because of the way I was holding my hands. The lady was so nice about it.

I loved the service! As soon as I walked in I got greeted with a smile from everyone and got helped right away! First time here and I will definitely be back! Got a fill, pedicure and eyebrows done! Loved the guy that did my pedicure he took his time and felt my feet so soft! My eyebrows loved them! They have a big variety of gel colors and they have a special during the week days! Definitely a place to look into for you pampering yourself! Also the music they play very relaxing! Just a great place

HORRIBLE!!! Went once since its around my MIL house and I am NEVER going back! The finished product looked okay, but 3 weeks later the acrylic was eating my nail. It was so painful to remove the nails! The staff might have been polite, but you pay cheap you get cheap. I would never recommend this salon to anyone.
I also took a friend the same day and they didn’t even finish her nails! She asked for the oval shape and the lady did some weird shape, some were long and some were short and were very uneven. Just to say they were not worth paying for.
This is literally the worst experience I’ve ever had!
I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!

Ok ok I gave in cause my daughter normally clips my nails but today she said no were going. Is it wrong for a guy to get this? Staff is friendly even for a guy. WOW this scrub down is amazing. Don’t know what it’s called but yea it’s GREAT. i like this spot no more nail cutting by Idalis. Coming here staff is polite and helpful make a guy feel good. Thanks Idalis for bringing me here. Going to send the wife in tomorrow she deserves it.
So today I came back and saw Tina again. I love the way she takes her time and is gentle it’s almost like I’m cheating on my wife. Oh well feet feel great and nails look awesome.

Sooo Glad they opened this salon!!! friendly staff & not to mention they do a great job. John did my deluxe pedicure THE BEST! Took his time and actually asked me a few times if I was comfortable; unlike those other places where they rush you out!!! Ivy did an awesome job doing my fill as well! This will definitely be my new to go shop. Btw they will give you a $ 1 off if you pay cash on services over 20 & currently have a 10% off promo clean clean place

I’m so glad we came and stop by V nail there so good at what they do. I got to meet the whole family. there really good at what they do. If you need really good nails with beautiful design this is the place to come guarantee. There so need they got the best colors you could think off. Defiantly coming back for sure!!!
