No no no compren aquí es un dealer terrible empezando por sus vendedores al llegar te tratan bien pero al pasar un problema con tu carro te ignoran yo llevo 3 motores que me an cambiado y ahora ya no se quieren hacer responsables este último se descompuso el día de ayer y desde ayer le e llamado al dueño y no contesta le hable ami vendedora y me dijo que ella ya esta árta de mi que le hable al dueño y el estado llamando al dueño y no contesta así es que iniciare investigación sobre este dealer no es justo que sigan haciendo estas tranzas así es quien quiera apoyarme contacten me son muchas las personas que an pasado algo desagradable con este tipo de personas así es que yo no me quedaré así no se dejen raza

Do not I repeat DO NOT do business with this dealer! Long story short we purchased a truck from them and in less than a week the check engine light comes on. The vehicle was still under warranty so after many and I mean many calls to the salesperson, manager and owner they agreed to look at the truck and claimed their mechanic didn’t find anything wrong. I had to take it to my personal mechanic and had him do a diagnostic and only then they «fixed» the issue. Guess what, the egine light ended up coming up again! We then came to find out that they gave us a ridiculously high interest rate when the one the salesperson gave us was much much lower. When I asked what the high number was on the contract they claimed it was the APR reflecting all the one time miscellaneous fees but our true rate was lower. This was in-​house financing so we thought we would be able to come to a friendly solution with the owner because his own salesperson told the owner she did indeed tell us the rate was lower, he refused to go by it and he never responded to any of my calls. We ended up returning the vehicle because there is no way we will give our money to a person who doesn’t conduct an honest business. I wish I would have found these reviews earlier as I went through all of this ordeal while I was 8 months pregnant and still working so imagine how inconvenient it was to have to make so many attempts and not be able to come to a solution. Places like this should not be in business!

This place is absolutley a no no! They advertised a car in autotraders, they put the price of the car on its windows. We wanted to test drive the car they said first see if we can agree on the numbers. So we sit down and sales person did the paper work and went to the manager. The manager add 1000 dollars to the advertised price on the car. When we said why it is more than adverised this is the reply we got” you guys dont want to buy extended warranty we have to make money so we increased the price”
We just left. This is a rip of place. Just be carefull with the pricing.

These people are ignorant uneducated disrespectful idiots. I asked fornthe receptionist name and she refused to give it to me. She needs to learn proper English to be a receptionist #1 and she needs to learn professionalism #2 and this place needs to be investigated #3. I will definitely be calling the police to retrieve the documents I need since they are playing games. My company is not the company you want to mess with!

Terrible service. Whoever their receptionist is has a very bad attitude. She’s rude and disrespectful. They put tracking devices in your cat without telling you and the so called manager is incompetent and rude. Don’t buy cars from here. I learned the hard way.

Terrible service. Talked to the manager first and let him know I was financing. He shows me the car I came to look at and tells me the price. Run my credit to try and come to a deal and he comes out with a price that’s 50% more than what I was originally offered. Tried to claim the original offer was the cash price even though he knew from the get go that I was financing. Not to mention the first price was above blue book value. Terrible business. Terrible prices. ⁰⁄₁₀ DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Highly dissatisfied/​disappointed.
They have some nice cars, but are worse than useless to deal with. — Salesman didn’t know anything about the car, including simple features. — We weren’t allowed to test drive until we talked price (extremely odd).
Price sheet they provided for an 11 year old car included more fees than I paid for a new car in 2008.
Seller would not negotiate on price (which was listed well above blue book and, although we wanted the vehicle badly, it wasn’t in as great of shape as it should have been even to ask for blue book) and never did allow a test drive.
This would have been a cash deal for them. They simply did not seem interested in making the slightest effort to sell a car.
