Pretty straight forward repair shop. I was a bit iffy about taking into this place because of the reviews but they fixed my screen rather quickly and even gave me 30 day warranty. Free headphones or screen protector with check in! Free anything is awesome. Will visit again.

I took a chance on their Promo through Unilocal; because I I like saving money. I live in the area and always drove by their shop at night. You can’t miss it with the Pink fluorescent lighting. I never knew when I would potentially ever need their services.
Long story short; I was wasted one night and got into a argument with my girl. Losing my cool, I threw my IPhone against the wall. Of course, the screen shattered and I had a welt on the side of the phone. I thought I was done. I never opted for the insurance with Verizon. So I brought my phone in pieces to Net Comm and I met Alex who helped me that the only thing I really need replacing was my screen. They’ll work with the frame and have me up and working later on that evening.
Net Comm saved my life. Big time. I was scared I’d have to rock my old Samsung again, but I am writing this review from my IPhone 6 as we speak. I recommended my boy to get his PS4 fixed today. Thanks again.

I recently took my phone to get repair. I was hesitant because my phone was pretty damage… However, it was fixed quick and now looks like new. I am glad I was able to get it fixed and didn’t have to spend money getting a new one. Thank you guys!

Do not go here at all. Customer service is terrible and the repair jobs offered are terrible as well. I took my iPad 2 to fix the charging port and although iInitially they had promised to have it in three hours, after three hours I called back and they said that they didn’t have it and that they would need more time. The next day I called again and they said they weren’t sure what was wrong with the iPad since they claimed to replace the charging port piece 5 times with no success in getting it to function correctly. They offered to return the iPad unfixed or to allow them to keep it for more time so that their other technicians could take a look at it and fix it. After a couple of days, I visited the store and they said that their last technician hadn’t checked the iPad. They gave us the choice of either taking the iPad as it was or of coming back in a couple of hours to allow for the final revision to take place. I left the iPad for a couple of hours and when I arrived they told me that the iPad was beyond repair and the motherboard was damaged. They said there was nothing they could do to fix it and just gave it back to me both unfixed and damaged. Once I got home, I noticed that the iPad’s screen also had a hairline crack running throughout its length.
The damage to the motherboard and the hairline crack that was present on the iPad were not issues that existed before we took the iPad in for repair at this place and this was just damage caused by their terrible workmanship. The iPad was working smoothly and I never encountered any glitches or problems that could indicate motherboard damage. The iPad itself was always protected with a sturdy case and screen protector aside from being handled with care. The only part that needed replacement and that was malfunctioning was the charging port.
Furthermore, on the multiple occasions on which I had to speak to the personnel there, they were very rude and not helpful at all. They kept asking for more time and did not tolerate any questioning. The customer service here is terrible.
I would warn everyone to stay away from this place and look for a place with actual, good customer service and technicians that are experienced and well-​equipped to deal with their responsibilities. This place does not even deserve a star.

They don’t even deserve this star! I took my Ipad 2 to fix the speaker, when they called me to pick up my Ipad when I arrived the lady who charged me told me my screen protector melted bcus they used a heat gun to open the Ipad. I though ok honest mistake. WRONG!
When I got home I noticed a long hairline crack in the screen I called the next day because they were already closed when i noticed it. The lady who gave me the ipad told me to bring it to see what happened when I arrived she told me it didn’t have that crack when she gave it to me, then the manager told me it was a crack from a fall or somebody sat on it, I told him it was fine before I brought it in and if it was from a fall where were the scratches in the corners? I didn’t even finish my sentence when he told me we can’t do anything about it! These guys aren’t professionals they will fix one thing but bust another, I went in for a simple $ 45 speaker job only to be left with an even more expensive screen to replace like around $ 150 Also the obese guy is a total jerk & inconsiderate prick who knows nothing of customer service or satisfaction! Avoid this place at all costs!

Went here for some accessories. Customer service was excellent. The staff were all very friendly. There were quite a few people in there, but they were able to get to everyone quickly and to make things better they even gave me a discount for buying several items. Will be coming back.

brought my laptop to have a hinge repaired cost like $ 85 they «fixed» it but within a few months it started to fall apart again took it a second time and they «fixed» it again didn’t last either, i own a new laptop now that one fell apart. this place is overpriced and not helpful

Went here with my Blackberry, asked for them to replace the screen. They said they would have it ready the next day. So I go there the next day, still don’t have it. They tell me they’ll call me when it’s ready. No call. Come in the next day, ‘We’re going to get the part in, we had the wrong one but we’ll have it ready for you tomorrow’. Come in the next day still don’t have it. They still hadn’t gotten the part. All I wanted was my screen replaced. I could have ordered the part online and done it quicker than these idiots. Do not waste your time here.

I would prefer ¼ of a star and that’s just the front door was open and that’s all that worked at this place. Had my iPhone home button replaced once, it lasted 3 days before it needed to be replaced again. They charged me 45 dollars for the button and repair. I found that you can get the buttons online for 2 to 10 dollars. I came back after a month or so to finally replace the button again and the screen as well as my son accidentally dropped and cracked it. The phone was not ready by the time they said it would. They said come back in an hour, I did and it still wasn’t ready. Total bill was 100 bucks and everything seemed fine till I got home.
The home button went to crap within 16 minuets. It worked only if you pretty much stood on the button. I decided that I would not take it back to that place so I searched online for OEM parts and found global direct parts and would to do the repair myself. Button cost me about 14 bucks and a tool set for 7 dollars, shipping was a little expensive $ 14.00 but I got it two days and they came from Florida. After following a YouTube tutorial I realizes that there were about 6 screws missing and two loose just tumbling inside the phone. I forgot to mention that the wifi stopped working also after second repair.
So screw problems and then I realized that they installed the home button wire upside down (sticky glue to the phone instead to the button).
I slowly put everything back together and now it’s working like new. I should have tried this since day one.
Total spent at this place 145.00 and will never return and I hope no new customers get ripped like I did and I’m sure there are plenty out there. And yes, everything in the store is way over priced. Try to do your own repair people, it’s easier than it looks, just get the correct tool kit like I did.

Facts: Arrived on day one at 3:30pm for the repair of a cracked screen on a phone. The «rep/​manager/​owner» of the establishment quoted a price that was $ 15 more then can be found on
but since I was there already I agreed and paid a small deposit for the repair (mistake number one).
I asked when it would be ready and he stated 7pm that day.
I returned at 7pm to be told that they didn’t have the screen in stock and that I would have to wait until the next day at 7pm. Do you think that they had the courtesy to call me to let me know that they did not have the parts and to not waste my time going to the store? NO.
When requested my deposit and phone returned — they refused, stating that the phone had been disassembled already. I asked to speak with the «rep/​manager/​owner» who attended me earlier and he was conveniently not there/​available. To say the least my phone was held hostage…
The next day I called to check the status of the repair (so that I wouldn’t waste a trip) and their phone went to an answering machine. On a side note, when at the store they have an answering machine with a caller id that ‘speaks’ the phone number — Hmm I wonder why they do that…
I returned later that day at 7pm and when I asked for my phone, I saw them scramble to look for it among other phones that were waiting repair. The «rep/​manager/​owner» who first attended me told the ‘technician’ to install the screen quickly… Basically they had the phone for over 24 hours and still did not have it ready. I waited another 30 – 45 minutes for them install the screen.
Did the «rep/​manager/​owner» apologize for the delay — NO, that would be asking too much (to say the least). When I asked him why they had not called the previous day to let me know that it would not be ready — he said nothing and acted like if nothing had happened.
If you want competitively priced service — do not come here.
If you want basic customer service — do not come here.
If you want timely service — do not come here.

this place sucks! promised me 2 – 3 days for my cracked screen and still nothing yet! its been a week! they all should burn in hell! no customer service at all! thats why i dont get my shit fixed in the hood! ughh! pissed me off! good thing im working on my anger management skills or else ill just throw that shit through their window! fuckers!
