Really friendly staff and really low great prices, they don’t try to rip you off like many other agencies. My favorite worker is Kimberly she is very friendly and nice greets you with a huge smile and and asks you if you would like to drink anything. I really recommend them!

Nena has been my agent for a few months and so far I love the customer service every time I call. I have referred my fam to them and they as well love it here. Every time I need something I get all my questions answered. I was recently in a car accident and they helped me with my claim from beginning to end. Awesome agent and staff!!!

I held a policy with the dreadful woman for 6 months. During that time, my car broke down several times and I needed to use the emergency roadside assistance. The first time it took over an hour to get a hold of her since my policy wasn’t going through. After 3 hours my problem was resolved. The second time my policy still wasn’t going through (we are into the policy for over a month now) and I had to pay $ 60 for towing. My agent never answered her phone or returned my calls, she always had her secretary return calls. After over two months had passed I finally was reimbursed for my $ 60 towing charge but only after hours of phone calls to first her, then the roadside people, then the towing company… wtf? Why am I paying this broad if I need to do all the work myself? These are only a few examples. Finally after 4 months with this idiot my policy starts working, and I don’t need her to be the third wheel anymore. This was only the tip of her shitty customer service skills. She charged my credit card when I specifically told her not to, I wanted the charge on a certain debit card. I got a notice in the mail on the 5^th month stating my insurance was going up fifteen dollars without a memo as to why. I have an immaculate driving record, there is no reason for that. If I ever needed anything, I never spoke to her; it was always her secretary. I switched to a different state farm agent after cancelling my policy with her and I am extremely happy with the switch. State Farm is a great insurance company, however this dingdong is a terrible representative of an otherwise great company.

Perfect Timing!!! Met Nena at a Statefarm Kiosk while shopping at the Mall and I was in the process of purchasing a duplex and next thing you know I got a Home Owners Insurance Quote right on the spot. I dropped out of escrow on the duplex, but i loved her attitude, knowledge, and quick response and gave her a shot at my car insurance. Got a quote and it was cheaper than the being with the «insurance broker» i was with. I immediately cancelled my policy and moved everything to Nena. I’m now in talks to moving my business insurance as well — Highly Recommend her and her staff!
