I was referred to them by a good friend. Being a women, dealing with car issues alone I always assume I am going to get ripped off. well these guys put me at ease. Alexsis is a great, honest mechanic. I called on a Sunday to discuss my issues and price. Took my car the next morning at 9am, car was ready at noon! I was surprised and delighted with their speedy service AND their prices! I will definitely go back if I have any other issues (knock on wood) & I recommend them.

I’ve taken my truck a few times and they’ve always done good work. I referred my boyfriend a few weeks ago to fix his AC and so far so good.

Two thumbs down for the mechanic shop. Bad customer service and especially for being the owners of the shop. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. Terrible service!

I should’ve read Unilocal before coming in. These guys are in business for the quick money. I came in 2 weeks ago to change a belt on my car as it was creating a screeching noise. The diagnosis, «you need a new water pump as well». I knew better as I never filled the coolant as it never leaked, only to top it off every once in a blue moon… They did the work and 3 days later, I’m driving on the freeway and the belt they worked on comes completely off. It did not rip and nothing else was broken. I paid for a tow truck as I was in La Puente at the time and when I arrived, they said that it was the pulley and tensioner that gave out??? WTF??? Neither one was broken, they were still in good working conditions and their reason as to why the belt came off was that the goo underneath the car caused the tensioner to move. It had nothing to do with them working on the belt 3 days prior to this, but it was the goo that moved the tensioner??? These guys are just like other mechanics out there. I regret coming here as I came in to get $ 80 service on my car and walked out with 700 dollar’s in repairs and towing! Horrible service and when a guy is walking away from you and does not look at you in the eye when explaining what is wrong with the car after they had just worked on it, you know this place is shady and shouldn’t be in business.

So I came here a few weeks ago because my car started making a weird noise every time I would make a turn. I didn’t know a good mechanic, but my pops swore that they did good work so I went to check them out. I am not car savvy, so I took their word on fixing the problem. After $ 800 worth of repairs and me having to drop it off three times, the car still makes the same noise I originally went in there for. The owner’s son Alexis, eve said «I don’t know what it could be.»
My problem is if they didn’t know what it was then why make unnecessary repairs on my car? I feel totally ripped off and the sad part is I still need to take my car to a mechanic. These guys must not do a proper diagnostics check before beginning to work on a vehicle. It’s as if they take a guess at what is wrong with ones car and then proceed to repair it. If I could I would give this place zero stars. Once again, I spent $ 800 and my car is not fixed. Worst mechanic ever.

I have been taking my car and truck there for over 2 years already for service and general repairs. The labor pricing is excellent and have had zero problems at all with the service I have received. I like the no B.S. I get from them, no run around, unlike some of the other places I have gone to in the past.

Terrible service! I went in with one problem with my car and left with 5 more!!! I would give zero stars if I could!
