Okay, to start off I have been here a few times. Every time I come in, they somehow have lost my chart completely, so I have to completely register as a new patient. I noticed that the front desk people are very unorganized. Their communication is horrible. I’ve seen patients go around in circles being told to talk to someone in the back, then sent to the front that the people in the back have no idea what is going on. Poor communication leads to a waste of time and impedes with the flow of keeping patients moving. Having an appointment here means nothing. Expect walk ins to go ahead of you while you get seen 4 hours later than what you are supposed. The doctors are good, but the people they have working for them lack proper training and experience.

Honestly, yes the wait time is long, but it’s because they’re actually preparing to get you in. People get so upset about wait times but it’s necessary in order too be you the right treatment. I never understood it myself until I worked in an office. They’re not just messin around back there, they’re getting ready for you. So if you’re gonna come here, be smart & come with time on your hands. Sometimes when you come in early they’ll take you in early. Don’t come here if you’re in a hurry. You should clear a whole day if you have a doctors appointment anyway. I’ve been coming here for 10 years. I’ve never once had a bad experience. Everybody is friendly & courteous & they really know what they’re doing. I’d highly recommend it.

Horrible service went here to get my foot checked and the nurse where on there cell phone rather then taking care of patients. To top it off they were having a very un appropriate conversation. … never go here lousy service.

Place is Horrible! People that go here typically don’t have insurance and pay cash or take one of the payment plans. They charge you $ 20 up front to be seen and they will discuss with you whatever else costs they may add after that. The nurses at the desk are more concerned watching their afternoon novela than actually paying attention to patients. The nurses that take you in don’t care if you’re holding a bag, wearing a jacket, or heavy shoes when weighing you and they don’t know how to take your blood pressure! They will take your blood pressure while you’re STANDING and may randomly stick the temperature taker in your ear while they come up behind you. Once you’re in a room, you may have to wait about half an hour to an hour in there for a doctor, but don’t worry, you’ll get to hear every other patient’s business around your room to keep you entertained. When you do see a doctor, if you don’t already have your medical history there with them, they wont listen to you much and will listen to you for about 5 min or so. Restrooms downstairs are NOT disabled friendly so if you need to pee in a cup but need those bars to help you, forget it! Oh but don’t worry, the restroom UPSTAIRS is for the handicapped. If you cry in the hall in front of nurses out of pain, they will ignore you and go to their lunch or would rather talk to the random peddler lady that sells rings and is able to roam free from room to room. Yes this goes on here, I kid you not. Oh and the men at the front desk that aren’t wearing scrubs or uniforms of any sort do in fact work there. Be careful when you ask for your money back because you will STILL receive a bill in the mail a month later like I did after I told them I could not deal with their unprofessionalism. If you can avoid coming here, please do– this place shouldn’t even be open.
