No tienen respeto al cliente. Aparte de que uno como cliente les da negocio consumiendo sus productos y les renta sus
MUGROSAS mesas y sillas son tan corrientes que NI limpiandolas con Clorox quedan bien. POR FAVOOOOOR!!! Tomen

Absolutely horrible place. Cheap tables and chairs. But I’d spend quadruple the money for the same tables and chairs to avoid speaking to these people. First off at the time of delivery, the workers DAMAGED our personal property with their truck (an extended roof at the side of our house). Secondly, it took them over a week to ATTEMPT to pick their jumper, tables and chairs. The original deliver guy gave us his name in order to have him repair our home’s damages and still at the time of their pick up the neglected the fact that they were to repair the damages. So as collateral they only picked up their jumper and left their tables and chairs until they were able to repair the damages. Over 6 MONTHS LATER the «owner» of this business called «demanding» that we give them back their tables and chairs. The woman that claimed to be the owner said that she didn’t have a clue about any damages and advised that she wasn’t being held responsible for her employee’s mistakes. What kind of a boss/​company owner would say that? Let alone not know about what goes on with her deliver personnel. In addition, I was in complete awe that it took her over 6 months to realize that a few chairs and tables had been missing from her inventory. Very irresponsible if you ask me! The «owner» and her «translator» even brought the police to our home, causing a scene when we told her that we would only give her back her tables and chairs when she would repair the damages. Her translator couldn’t even translate properly not can the woman defend her initial accusations with the police officers present as she has obliviously told her a false story since they were not aware of any damages on the party supply store’s behalf. This company is complete ludicrous and I hope that everyone of their potential clientele realizes it before any «almost» contract is signed. A part from all the manager/​owner had nerve to send threatening voicemails and text messages to my mom for something she couldn’t control on her own. In addition, all employees working there are incredible rude and bad mannered. It’s amazing that they can maintain a business with their ethics and morale. Please REVERT FROM RENTING HERE!

Cheap chairs/​tables. But you get EXACTLY what you pay for. They will be terribly late.

Horrible service! I called on this so called business to rent tables and chairs for a party and they shorted me on three round tables so I had to call them back to bring them. They also miscounted the chairs on delivery and charged me $ 15 because they said I was missing one. I don’t know what kind of scam they got going on but I suggest you rent somewhere else and Don’t rent from them!

Cool local shop that offers everything you need for your party needs. Its great whether you need a gift bag or have a giant party you need to decorate. They rent party equipment as well at low rates too. It’s great for seasonal needs as well.
