I have been a client of Kim for over 20 years and have followed her around Cleveland from salon to salon. Now she has her own place and it is positively delightful. Her scheduling app is easy to use, her talent is extraordinary and her prices are reasonable. There is no reason not to put this wonderful aesthetician at the top of your service provider list!

I visited OneIIOne with my niece for Facials, and Kim was awesome. The facial was relaxing and she added extra touches to compliment the treatment that were unexpected and delightful.
The spa is serene and a definite getaway from the hustle. Kim was so good that I wanted to go back again today. She has a gorgeous spirit. Oh, and I went visiting last night after the spa and one of the ladies commented that my skin was glowing.
