We live in the area and this is the first time we ordered from here. Ordered take out. Picked up our pizza and it was ready on time. Got a couple of miles home and the pizza was still hot.
Half cheese and half sausage and pep and double dough crust just like we always do. As expected, pizza was very good. We will order again.

I have been a very frequent customer for years and have yet to be disappointed. Great service, fast delivery, reliable catering and amazing food! The chicken parm sandwich is my current favorite, but all their food is incredible. I am happy to have them in my neighborhood.

Delivery took almost two hours, which they were only 10 minutes away, taco pizza taste like tortilla chips, over baked, looks like a frozen pizza, and payed for something not worth of eating

The owner of this restaurant never wants to take responsibility when there is a problem. He is very confrontational rude, arrogant, and foul mouthed. I have tried on and off to be his customer, I am always lured back by a great coupon, thinking maybe they have changed.
Example, I order the same Pizza every time, but I am the one who gave the wrong order. Or a 1 inch crust and then 1 inch of sauce then ingredients, when I requested the cheese to the edge.
I have eaten Rosati’s all my life. I worked for them, my Dad did too, I know the Grand kids of one of the founders. I have NEVER been treated like this in any restaurant. This is one to avoid.
The Rosati’s in Elgin at Tyler Creek has much nicer people and the pizza is better.
