I like Tile Depot. They have so many kind of tiles to choose from. Please go & check it out! They have beautiful glasses tiles. I love them.

Very reasonable prices for quality tiles. I did some remodeling at home and purchased my tiles here. The service was great and everyone was very friendly. Highly recommended!

Just bought some beautiful tiles at Tile Depot. Our salesman Ash was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable with the products. He helped us choose the right tiles to coordinate the colors in our bathroom to choosing the matching grout and metal frames. We also saved 15% using the Unilocal app. Saved us $ 200!!! We will definitely come back.

We were referred to Tile Depot by our realtor and contractor. Based on the reviews by fellow Unilocalers I am so glad we went there. They have a nice set up. Very clean and organized. We were approached by people willing to help us. Raymond gave us great service and helped us with our questions. We got all our tiles and I will definitely recommend them to others.

Horrible return policy. The tile I got had a scratch originally when I made a purchase. When I discover it and try to return, they refuse it. Horrible return policy and horrible staffs

I don’t understand all the positive reviews. Maybe it was my bad luck, but the guy on the floor was so unhelpful that I left. I admit it is a large showroom and I really like how every tile was laid out on the walls with prices. This is how it went for me:
Me: what kind of tile material do you have?
Sales rep: If you want to go economical, you should look at the front specials
Me *super confused by unanswered question*
Me: do you have anthing that looks like this? *shows the guy photo of a gray porcelain tile*
Sales rep: Yes probably somewhere on the floor
??? Why did people write the people are helpful here. Anyway I wish I got the guys name. Buzz cut, young Mexican maybe, kept referring to the place as «my store» :/​I walked around the whole store anyway, ran into Mr Useless many times, he’s friendly, but couldn’t answer anything!
Ended up going to New Metro Tile and bought all my tile that day (I love that place).

This place is spectacular! You wouldn’t know this just by looking at it and knowing the area that this is a real gem. First off, the selection is huge and they have very good quality unlike other Asian places. My husband and I decided on a high quality tile that looks like wood. It is beautiful. The best part about coming here is the great service we were provided. The two guys who helped us gave us plenty of information to make an informed decision and were absolutely sweet. I can’t say enough good things about this place. It’s clean, bright, and organized. I will definitely come back for more upgrades to my new house.

The moment we walked in, we were sucked into the selection of all their tiles. The variety of tiles, selection of stones, all the different choices, just WOW! It seemed like whatever tile we loved, was super pricy then the prices we are used to when shopping around. We must have expensive taste, but not an expensive bank account. LOL We have already recommended two of our friends to come here.
We were greeted multiple times. Super friendly staff. The store was really busy with customers, but I love how attentive they were with us still.
If I may make one small suggestion to the owners or management who monitors the Unilocal reviews. It’s great that you reach out to your customers and reply to their reviews. But, I noticed that you only do that to the bad review. (which is barely a few). It would be nice to reach out to ALL your Unilocalers to thank them for taking the time and giving you a good review. just saying. :)

Came back to buy more tile to remodel the second bathroom and got great help from Francisco. Prices are great and a lot to choose from. Don’t forget the Unilocal check in to get 15%off. Highly recommended

I highly recommend the Tile Depot. Their selection is huge and their customer service is top notch. It was a bit of a drive for me coming from the westside but it was definitely worth it. I worked with Raymond one of the managers and he was very helpful throughout the entire process.
We had pictures of the style we were looking for and he walked us through their various offerings in the similar style. He also helped us pick out the wood look tile for the floor that complimented the wall tile. Definitely an all around great experience here, will be back for future needs.

This place is great loved the selection. Found the tile I was having a hard time finding at other places also got it in 2 days other places would take twice as long. Customer service was professional. Highly recommend them.

I have been looking for tiles from Anaheim area to City of Industry, then finally I came to Tile Depot and they had really nice selection of tiles. All the tiles were very organize, it made shopping a lot easier than other places, and the place is so clean. The prices were all written on the label, it makes it easier rather than waiting for a staff to come to tell you. They have plenty of selection from small tiles to big tiles, from imported to local tiles, from expensive tiles to affordable ones. My only bad comment is it would have been easier if they had label special order tiles from the tiles that they have stock.
The staffs were really helpful and nice. Sam gave me a lot of information about the different types of material for different purposes. I also asked him about installations and the process, and he was really friendly and helpful to explain everything. The information help me decide what type of material I would like to put in my kitchen. Unlike other tile places I’ve been to, I didn’t know what to look for, or which ones is good for the wall, and which ones are good for the floor.
I bought floor and wall tiles from Tile Depot and it was special order (which they got it within 3 working days), when I went to pick up, their warehouse staff were very professional, they help me load everything to my car.
I had accounted that probably some of the tiles might be broken or chipped, but as long as I can return it in a box, they are able to replace it. But out of all the boxes we open during our tile installation, there were only 3 pieces with minor chip on the edge. Others were all good. I can finally say that they really provide good tiles and handle them well.
My kitchen is done now, and I’m very happy with the tiles. It made my small little kitchen really elegant. And my fireplace was the killer piece.
And oh, they have free sponges for cleaning and grouting. My kitchen is small, so I didn’t really purchase that much tiles, but they gave me a Tile depot measuring tape. Everyone loves freebies, and that was very thoughtful of them.

Great knowledgeable staff and wide selection makes this a must-​stop for anyone looking to remodel their home especially if they plan on getting it tiled! They have everything from the very high end stuff to budget tiles. I wished I would have known that they had installation services before I got my contractor so I can just get it with done right with them.
Sam was especially helpful in helping us to find the right tiles and answering all sorts of flooring questions we threw at him. He was very patient and did not pressure us to make a purchase or a decision. Ultimately, this was what got us to purchase from Tile Depot. Truth be told, the quality and selection of tiles were also something that made the decision to make the purchase from them easy.
Be prepared to spent a good couple of hours at this place since they have quite a collection if it’s your first time there! The showroom is clean and nicely laid out. Don’t forget to grab a free sponge on the way out!
