This storage facility is very convenient right by the 60 and 605 Frwy. Never had any problems and so easy to access my goodies.
Irene has been there for me with all her patience and helpfulness for all my storage and moving needs. Reasonable rates in this area with easy accessibility. Clean and well kept storage lot.

I would like everyone out there that may need a storage facility… Storage outlet is the place! I can’t say enough enough wonderful things about Irene and her colleagues, they have been very professional, kind and eager to help. Btw, it is the most reasonably priced that I found after extensive research.

Irene provides excellent customer service. I have family members who also rent at SEM Storage Outlet who say she is very friendly. The office and facility are always clean and the prices are reasonable. I have been storing there for about 10 years and will continue to store there!!!

I want to put a «shout out» for Irene, who I believe is the manager at the facility. I signed up for a storage unit 4 months ago. My parents had a storage unit here and recommended the facility to me because of the excellent prices and service.
I wanted a «drive up» unit. The options were very limited and I ended up with a unit in the middle of a block toward the back of the compound. Irene called me as soon as she had a vacancy that would be more suitable for me. To make a very long story short, Irene found three options for me, and now I have a drive up unit in the first block. close to the gate. Irene also offered me some excellent pricing options and was very helpful. I can’t thank Irene enough for taking such good care of me. I would recommend this facility to anyone who was looking for a storage facility within 10 miles of their residence or business.

We recently signed a 3 year contract with a warehouse. Unfortunately, we were not able to move in by the time our shipment arrived. I went to my regular storage facility in Pasadena and was quoted a ridiculous price. I happened to be at my father’s work in City of Industry and came across Storage Outlet in South El Monte. Not only was Irene (the manager) a sweetheart, but they had a storage that was 3 times the size of the one in Pasadena but it was also ¹⁄₃ of the price as the same unit in Pasadena. Extremely clean and safe place. Ironically, the guy Cesar who wrote the awful review, was there the same day that we signed up for a warehouse. Yes, he was irate over fees but hey, there’s fees everywhere. Needless to say, he threw his money at the poor guy helping him which was completely uncalled for. Grown men shouldn’t be throwing temper tantrums. After we all left, as we were getting into our car, he parked his car right behind ours and yelled out «They’re thieves, don’t do business with them» where we simply responded with a «thank you». We have been completely happy with our services at this facility along with Irene and her team. If you want to feel secure about your belongings, deal with professional customer service while saving yourself money, Storage Outlet is the place to go.

I had several units in this facility over my six year stay. Never had an issue or a problem. I had the convenience to pay my rent online. Or walk in and pay. The staff was very friendly, courteous and gave great customer service especially Irene. Facility and unit areas were clean and clear. felt secure especially with all the cameras and law enforcement I tend to see at neighboring gas stations. The hours of operation were also a big plus for me.

I have had my storage on & off for the past 10 years or so. I haven’t had a problem with my storage being broken in to, leaks, & definitely have not seen rodents running around or in my unit as some other person (s) stated. The storages are kept up & the staff is friendly & helpful. I like the convenience of paying online. It’s a decent size facility with lots of spacious room to fit your vehicle (s) during moving. It’s conveniently located near two gas stations, the ⁶⁰⁄₆₀₅ freeways, & a McDonald’s. Which is a plus while moving. ;)
