If I could give this company a big fat ZERO I would! We purchased a remote control helicopter for our son at the Big Train Show in Ontario. As soon as we got it home, it didn’t fly right, the propeller broke, etc. My husband followed ALL the directions and it still did not work properly. He has been emailing this Patrick Le and leaving messages, but we have heard nothing. I want a refund. I don’t care that their website says «no refunds» this was a complete rip off! I am not only reporting them to the Big train show, so they know not to do business with him again, but I am also going to the BBB with my complaint. This is just ridiculous!
