Jimmy’s Donuts & Chinese Food

This place sells Chinese Food and Donuts together. I was first attracted by the prices. The staff were nice. But you get what you pay for. The food didnt taste great…

Got there @ 7:45 on a Sunday morning, the ‘nuts’ weren’t made that morning and they left a film in my mouth once I was done eating them. I would give it a rounded up 3 stars, but not when I see somebody gave it 5 stars. Just your average, run of the mill donut ‘joint’, I’ll look elsewhere the next time I’m looking for a pink box of dough…

Food.
The food isn’t bad at all for Chinese wok. The orange chicken and mushroom chicken is good. The bbq pork I wouldn’t try because it honestly doesn’t look that great. Jimmys also makes sandwiches but they are super expensive. Also, the donuts, personally I don’t eat donuts so I have never tried them. Lastly, the I do feel that there is a lot of oil in the food. After I finished eating it I just feel ahhhhh.
Service.
The lady working here is pretty cool. She was pretty happy unlike some other Chinese restaurants.
Price.
The price is very well. Like under 5 bucks for a whole box of food.
Overall.
I would for sure returned.

They are slowly redeeming themselves. I have now tried their chicken on a stick… not sure what the official name is, but its grilled chicken on a skewer and it is awesome! Its the best thing I’ve eaten there. Chow mein is decent too.

Get a donut for breakfast in the morning and Chinese fast food for lunch, same business, real funny!

This place is ridiculously affordable and is a one stop shop place! They serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner. A variety ranging from bagels, donuts, chinese food, sandwiches, snacks, and smoothies! Donuts are made fresh as the rater above me mentioned. They must of switched the coffee b/​c their coffee tastes good! One thing they just implemented but need to advertise is their $ 1 Thursdays and $ 5 Fridays. Ask owner for coupons for more cheaper discounts. Food is filling and pretty darn good for a fast food place– would highly recommend, esp if you’re on a budget. Check it out sometime!!!

Dear Unilocal,
You know that feeling in the middle of the night when you just simply can NOT sleep. Also, at the same time, get that need for sweets! yes, yes, that was me and the girlfriend who had the need, the need for DONUT’S!!! hahahha i know terrible…
So we went on Unilocal at 3am and guess what!!! my freaken goodness! no one is open with in 20min drive of me (well initially). I did so many combination of word search and filters and could not turn up not one that was in my area and then I clicked on walking distance from my house. It was like the sun just shined through the night sky and choras of angeles singing on ONE location!
hahaha there you know it «Jimmy’s Donuts and Chinese Food.» and no one has rated it yet! had to be a sign. no one else was open and needed to satisfy our craving for deliciously-​freshly-​made donuts!
I said, «Babe, can you drive?» under such excitement I was not in the mental capacity to maneuver a vehicle.
Okay okay, the donuts. I got one of my favorites, the chocolate, chocolate with peanut sprinkles on top and the girlfriend got the cinnamon donuts. barely made it into the car, ate it right in the parking lot! Yumming. never had such freshly made donuts before (never woke up this early for one either). tad crunchy on the outside and super moist on the inside. dunno why, but got a small cup of coffee also (not all that). would go here again if have a craving in the middle of the night AND they serve Chinese food!!! did not order any but will try next time. oh yeah, two donuts and a small coffee, $ 2.50
