Jenco Plating & Anodizing

They do a great job! Everyone there is super friendly and outgoing. they do amazing colors and get your parts done fast! Cheap too!

First off, the place seems very rundown and unprofessional but since they were the nearest anodizer, I decided to give them a try (can’t judge a book by it’s cover). I had a lot of parts color anodized by Jenco ranging from simple sheet metal parts to complicated CNC machined pieces worth $ 400 each. My order took 2 weeks to be processed because of an audit but that wasn’t a big deal. I was in no rush. I call before hand to see if my order is ready and they have no idea on the status of my order. They ask me what my parts look like and what colors they were. Not a good indication and a sign of the unprofessional nature of Jenco. After being on hold for 5 min, they find my parts and tell me I am free to stop by to pick them up.
Later that day I go to pick them up and before I can say hello, one of the main workers Allen says that I only delivered 19 of the complicated CNC parts worth $ 400. My order was for 20. I say that is not possible, I have a picture of 20 units sitting at my shop and parts don’t just walk and and disappear but Allen keeps saying I lost the one piece. He even has his worker come over who «supposedly» counted only 19 parts before anodizing. To make a long story short, I later call and insist that Jenco lost my part worth $ 400 and Allen snaps. He starts yelling at me and hangs up on me! Talk about customer service and professionalism!!! I have to call back and get back with the manager who says they will inspect their tanks to see if my missing part is there. It took them a week to inspect their tanks but low and behold, my missing part is there!!! So much for their worker who counted my details before anodizing them… Not only that, why didn’t they contact me before running my job to tell me a detail was missing…
Overall, Jenco is an unprofessional and shady business. The overall $ 200 andozing job came out well but it was a lot of stress dealing with them and not worth the hassle of almost losing a $ 400 part. I would not recommend!!!

Great anodizing jobs. I am a fan of their work. Fast, efficient, great prices. I had a few parts made for my car, turned out really good. Talk to Brian, he’s the manager.

Wow, I can’t believe Jenco doesn’t have a review. Well, maybe Boeing and the companies like them don’t have time.
Great work on my motorcycle swing arm and getting ready to take my wheels to them to have them anodized.
