Nancy and her staff completed my kitchen remodel and it looks FABULOUS! She did what I asked and even ordered a special wine rack for over the sink for me. There was a nice selection od granite countertops to choose from and the prices are unbeatable! (and I know cuz I shopped around A LOT before choosing this company) I had no problem with any of the services and the staff were great!

Please save yourself the headache of dealing with these bumbling fools! There is no «show room». There is no customer service. The place is filthy. I waited and waited and waited until I finally had to get in someone’s face, literally and please ask for an estimate. Nancy, finally tried to help me after another 15 minutes of waiting, then just argued with me over what exactly I needed. She had no clue and is slower than molasses! I left in frustration and an inflated estimate that’s 20%higher than Home Depot and lowes. Save yourself some time and money and avoid this mess of a place!!!

If I could give a 0 star rating I would. I tried all day to get an order placed to no avail. They put me on hold, gave me different fax numbers, and several email addresses to send my order to. I sent the initial order to the original fax at 9 AM at 10 AM it was confirmed to have been received. At 12 when I called to see if my estimate was ready, I was told by a different person that it was never received. After sending it to a different fax I was told the rep was out for lunch AT 3PM. Then I was told the rep was gone and to send it to an email. Then again called and told the guy was busy. EASILY THE WORST SERVICE I’VE RECEIVED… EVER. The previous reviewer was probably right a year ago, but something has changed and their service is now deplorable. I was ignored by 5 different representatives, and we buy from them all the time! HORRIBLE SERVICE.

I’m a general contractor and I buy cabinets all over L.A. area and this is the best place to get cabinets for 2 reasons, great quality and great customer service. The majority of these cabinets warehouse owned by Chinese people are famous for lousy service, probably low pay and majority of them it look like they just got out from the boat, they don’t speak English. Nancy (the owner) and her staff are AWESOME. If you are looking for remodel your kitchen, this is the place to shop for cabinets.
