The problem regarding the purchase of one test run window has been resolved. This was facilitated with the assistance of Monica Chung at Evergreen. She was courteous, emailed, and returned calls promptly.
We provided Ms. Chung with the correct measurements for a nail on window but due to quality control issues, it had to be returned. It came unwrapped, unprotected and, as a result, scratched, dinged, and was actually warped in the manufacturing process. Another replacement was delivered, this time wrapped and protected.
The partially installed, incorrect window was removed and in its place, the nail on was installed (however not by Evergreen) with the proper shims, flashing before and after window installation, and caulking. We are pleased with the results. Thank you.
