This place is a one-​stop solution for getting rid of all my old electronics. I’m so relieved that they are conveniently located and are willing to do pick-​ups for larger quantities. I’ve dropped off everything from computer parts to old phones to smaller gadgets such as mp3 players. The staff on site has always greeted me with a smile and are helpful in addressing my questions.

Their customer service was horrible. I had scheduled an appointment for an e-​waste pick up. They gave me a time frame. The driver never showed up, when I called to ask where the Driver was, they said that they would call me back. Well 45 mins later and still no call back. I had to call them and they told me that the driver was behind schedule 2 – 3 hrs and I could reschedule for another day. Then when i asked to speak to the Manager, they offered me his cell phone number to call.

Seriously, needed to give you guys a good review. I brought an HP 1320 from you guys a few weeks ago after learned that these printers are workhorses and very rarely break down. I needed a great black and white printer for my daughter at UCLA and home use. I’ve been letting my friends know since school is going to be right around the corner. I can’t go wrong with this printer though, 6,000 pages on a single cartridge.

I just discovered this place (almost around the corner from where I live) and I couldn’t believe the deals there… nice laptops and computers (lots of Dell) for a really good price. They had used LCD monitors, too.
I bought a small part from them (yard sale price) and it installed to my computer without a hitch.
They also do repairs…
