Auto Used Car Inc

I bought my car back in April 2014. I searched all the used car websites and I believe I found this dealership through Carguru. I was in an accident and received my total loss check and wanted to purchase a vehicle rather than make monthly installments. My interest was set on a Honda CRV not too new, not too old, low mileage with a reasonable price and of course was not going to break down on me after I’ve invested my savings, plus the payout of my totaled car. I wanted to keep my insurance rate, maintenance cost, and fuel costs low. So I decided to go with a 2004. I reviewed prices from every where, read reviews, checked dealers reviews and I found one at Auto Used Car Inc. The reviews on the website weren’t so good, but you cant always believe what you hear, so I decided to go down and see for my self. Not so much on car, but really about the dealer. I was more concerned for weather or I was going to be ripped off.
I found the car, it was sitting there looking right at me, lol, just kidding. There was a review that they do a bait and switch, something like they say they have it online and over the phone, but when you go there it’s not there. It was there. I wasn’t bombarded right away, I was welcomed and my body language was being read with rather or not to be approached, so I kinda stepped forward and began with questions on the vehicle. The price tag in the window of the car said something like $ 8995.00, the online ad I had printed out said $ 7995.00. The Sales guy Derek Lai went and got the keys opened up the car for me and my step dad, he drove me there. I mentioned to him about the price and he said, «Oh we forgot to change that», that was the ad they first posted before they decided to change the price. BUT! said he was willing to honor the online price. Ok Cool. The car was very clean, minor scratches on the side, but its pre-​owed, what do you expect; it looked just like the photos online. Engine sound nice, smooth, clean, air, radio, brakes all good; last but not least LOW mileage for the year that it is. We went for a test drive, and I wanted it.
We got back to the dealership and began negotiating. So they did honor the online listing, I tried to tempted them with paid in full CASH up front right there. Derek asked for a moment to discuss it with the owner came back maybe after 20 min and said the lowest he could possibly go was $ 50 less. I played hard ball left with my cash, took his card and went the looked at the same make model car else where. Low price, low quality, no warranty. came back the following morning and purchased the at the price we left off at. Got an oil change, filled the car up with gas, and its ran great ever since. I did have an issue with the air, maybe 2 weeks after and called the dealer regarding the 30 day warranty, didn’t know if the warranty covered the air. They asked me to bring it in first thing in the morning, took a look at it and directed me to their repair shop Super Motor Group. Honored the warranty fixed the air, explained it was a relay and the air is cold as ever and asked me to do a review. Nice! Over all it was a good experience.
