Vieira & DiGianfilippo, Ltd. has been in business since 1995 with office located both in South Easton, Massachusetts and Providence, Rhode Island. We are a commercial law firm concentrating primarily on residential and commercial lending, general real estate, land use, zoning and complex estate planning and probate matters. Unlike many law firms, Vieira & DiGianfilippo Ltd. recognizes that practicing in every area of law is difficult, if not impossible. Attorney Daniel J. Vieira is a partner in the firm and a native of Raynham, Massachusetts, a Providence College and Southern Methodist University Law School graduate, and has been practicing law since 1991. His broad business practice has included representing commercial lenders in the state and federal courts, both in Rhode Island and Massachusetts. Additionally, his practice includes all aspects of residential and commercial real estate, commercial and residential closings, commercial collection and foreclosures. Attorney Vieira has extensive litigation and appeal experience in general commercial and real estate litigation, all aspects of municipal land use, including zoning and planning. Mr. Vieira has appeared before Rhode Island Supreme Court and has reported cases in both Massachusetts and Rhode Island. He is a member of the State and Federal Bars of both Massachusetts and Rhode Island. He is also a hearing officer for the Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers
