C Mac Landscaping

I am surprised to see the comment below. I have been a customer of C-​Mac Landscaping for over 2 years. Craig and his crew are extremely professional and are always on time. I also use C-​Mac for snow removal and I have never been unhappy with the service I receive. His prices are fair and I wouldn’t think about hiring anyone else to take care of my properties.

Hired CMac for winter plowing-​spoke with the owner Craig, who assured me I would be on his list. We had a couple of minor snow falls and he never showed. I called several days before the big blizzard was due to hit on Friday and left a message.
No show, no return call. I then had to scramble to find someone to plow while facing three foot high drifts. If he didn’t want my business fine-​tell me that up front and don’t promise to add me to your list-it’s incredible unprofessional to accept me as a client then not have the decency to return my call or show up as promised. Especially when I reminded him. Twice.
I’m guessing his landscaping expertise is no better. In my opinion and with my experience with this company-​you can’t depend on him.
