I am in a wheelchair and been comin here for years. There WAS a time a while ago when they didn’t have the greatest help. The last year or so these guys(and gal) have been great to me. Getting the door. reaching for me etc. I am a fairly intelligent man but I don’t know the difference between a router and a modem and on a scale of 1 – 10 I am about a 2 when it comes to electronics. These guys are VERY patient with me .and I admit I probably wear on their patience with my ignorance but never ONCE. .did they ever show it. YES you can probably get SOME things online at a cheaper price but here, you can bring it in, have them help you etc. I am a firm believer in supporting your local business. and yes best buy may have a wider range of stuff but their staff are usually too busy or talk you into a more expensive item. .MANY times I go within minutes of talking to a staff they see someone looking at something and say. .Ill be right back, leaving me there. either that or suggest the Geek Squad right away. I will continue to go here. PLEASE give these guys a chance .I think these bad reviews are old .Im writing this sept 29th2015. these guys are GREAT

Totally unorganized and unhelpful staff. There is nothing worse than asking a salesperson on the sales floor a question, and being told that they cannot help you as they are going on break. Selections are limited as well.

I would have to say that if you enjoy receiving good or even decent customer service, don’t bother coming here. Not only do they stand there the whole time watching you, they make you feel as though you are a waste of their time. I refuse to go back into this store until they hire different associates.
