If the stars were just for grooming they would get 4 if not 5 stars. All I can suggest is to never miss an appointment. The treatment you will receive will make you feel like you robbed a bank or committed murder. I have never felt so unwelcome. I used them for years. Never again.

After Pauline’s Pet Styling dropped me because they injured my dog Reigning Cats n Dogs took us in. God works in mysterious ways. I am so pleased with the treatment we have received here. I wish I had known about this place before but all is well now thanks to the wonderful people at Reigning Cats n Dogs

I recently switched groomers for my two doodles in an attempt to find a more affordable place. Although I’m paying the same price as I did for my previous groomer, I’m very happy with the service and results at Reigning Cats & Dogs.
I’ve been here twice and both times my dogs received great haircuts. I’m pretty picky on their cuts so I was pleasantly surprised. They followed my direction for what I wanted and the dogs came out looking great. I did get a little push-​back on choosing to have my schnoodle cut with a puppy cut rather than a schnauzer cut, but they honored my request and he looked adorable. My goldendoodle had some matting (thanks to horrible skin allergies) and they made sure to mention how difficult it would be to groom but in the end, they removed the matting and she looked beautiful, as usual.
When I picked them up, we got two little gift boxes with homemade treats and two travel-​size containers of hand sanitizer. A nice little touch.
It does take a while for the grooming process (both times they were there for more than five hours) but I was able to get an appointment within the week. Our previous groomer booked up weeks in advance.
They only take cash or check, which is a little dissapointing in 2014. I like to earn my SkyMiles on my Amex! But it’s worth having wipe the cobwebs off the checkbook. Overall, I’m very pleased with our experiences here. I’ll definitely be back!

Moved here from AZ. a neighbor referred me to this groomer. Caprice, the owner, told me best vets in the area and lots of good advice for my Pomeranian. She is very reasonable, does an excellent job and even boards the animals. Her staff is excellent also. If you want in done right Reigning Cats & Dogs is the best !!
