Van Phan Billiards and Bar was founded in 2004. We are celebrating the 9th year anniversary in this August, 2013.

Business Owner

The founder of Van Phan Billiards is Van Phan, a semi-​professional pool player who had won the title of Vermont Woman 9-​ball state championship from 2003 to 2009. She is now resigned from playing pool competitively. Her goal is to foster the game. She wants league to form. She wants families to come.

The pool tables are great… but the place is a dead zone… the locals there look at you like your not suppose to be there if your new… the owner is nice but they have NO SPECIALS. Also it is insanely expensive… I paid 30 dollars just for me for an hour and a half of pool and one drink. I have never paid that much for a pool hall in my entire time of playing. If this place had Specials and Dropped the charge for the table if you buy a few drinks it would be fine but I don’t know how anyone playing can afford this place

Great atmosphere great place. Very low key nice to just hang out. Drinks are a little expensive. It is about 15 bucks per the hour to play.
The tables are all nice. I highly suggest going here if your looking for a good place to play pool.

The only pool hall I’m aware of in the area, this place is a wonderful way to spend a night.
The owner of the establishment, Van Phan is a one-​woman show. She runs the bar, manages the pool hall, makes some seriously mean drinks, and will often grab a cue herself and kick some butt on her high-​end pool tables. Apparently she’s the state champ, and with good reason.
It’s a pay-​by-​the-​hour (or by-​the-​game?) location, and you can easily spend an entire night with your friends for relatively cheap, depending on how much you drink. A bit of a warning though, while her drinks are great, she’s VERY generous with the alcohol and the drinks are huge for the price, so brace yourself.
All in all, if I had more thumbs, it’d be 10 thumbs up!
PS: Heads up, it’s kinda hidden behind some other buildings, so it’s a tad difficult to find. Just keep driving around the back loop until you see neon signs.
