Established in 1993.

Eurotech is the collaboration of RIck Cabell and Rusty Berger, combining their 50+ years of experience selling and servicing automobiles in northern Vermont. I called after having my dealer quote me $ 400 for new pads and rotors. I called Rusty, whom I have worked with in the past. Not only was it $ 100 less, he got me in right away, gave me a Jaguar as a loner car and completed the inspection. Thanks Auto –tech team!

I had a clunking noise, so they replaced the front struts. The clunking was better, but didn’t go away. I took it in again a few months later and they replaced the control arms. Once again, the clunking was better, but didn’t totally go away. It started getting worse, so I decided to take a look myself. It turns out that one of the upper strut nuts was not tightened. Once I tightened it down, the clunking went away completely. I used to trust them, but not anymore.

The guys at Eurotech are the best. Fast friendly and honest. I’ve taken my truck and my wife’s car to them for several repairs all of which were done on time and with no surprises. Good people. They even hooked me up with a free ride to work! Ask for Rusty, he will make sure you are well taken care of.

This shop provides nothing less than superior service. The mechanics are very friendly, honest, and knowledgable, and take the time to diagnose the problem and follow up to ensure their work fixed the problem. They care about the customer and getting the job done right the first time – they aren’t just in the business of making a quick dollar. They even drove me to work and brought my car to me… I couldn’t believe the commitment to quality and customer service! Ill be taking my BMW back next time I have any problems.

The only reason I gave this establishment one star is because I had to rate it above a zero. The service here was down right terrible. The owner whom I talked to (Rusty) was just rude and in no way helpful at all. I had bought a vehicle from this establishment and brought the car back for routine service. Due to price and time constraints I had them wait on the fix so that I could look for a more viable option. Long story short they quoted me for a part worth $ 160 when I found the same part for $ 40! While dealing with them I was hung up on several times. My one advice to anyone willing to take it is this: take your business anywhere besides EuroTech.
