Lifted Fitness delivers full body, high intensity workouts that utilize free weights, kettlebells, ropes, medicine balls, suspension trainers, drive sleds and more to burn fat, strengthen and tone muscle, and boost metabolism.

We are the ONLY strength and conditioning facility in Boston where every trainer holds a bachelor’s degree in exercise science.

Group classes are limited to 15 people to allow for more personal attention within the motivating team atmosphere. All levels are welcome!
