I cannot discourage anyone enough about using this company. I signed a lease for a home on 10÷8÷2015 and provided a list of repairs needed prior to my love in date of 10/​31/​2015. Half were completed despite guarantees that they would be done. Upon moving in, many more items were discovered that needed repair… The basement leaks, kitchen sink won’t drain, multiple electrical outlets don’t work, chimney and gutters need cleaned, appliances don’t work, toilet leaks into basement when flushed and more. I have lived in the house for two weeks. Nothing further has been repaired or addressed and in fact, when I bring this up I was threatened with eviction. For asking for repairs to be completed. Or even started. I cannot use literally half the home I am renting due to the repairs needed. I would never ever recommend this company to anyone.
