honestly, I don’t know much about real estate law, so I was referred to Mr. Eslinger to help. honestly, the result of the case was not my issue, as we settled satisfactorily. my issue was with Mr. Eslinger and his lack of attention to detail. we were charged several times to «re-​read» documents several times that we were already charged to be read once. why would we need to pay for the same service twice? Then, when the defendants chose to settle, we received the letter that Mr. Eslinger meant to send to their attorney, which delayed things further. THEN when we finally got the check, IT WAS MADE OUT TO THE WRONG NAME! for the money we spent on what we were told was ‘an open and shut case’ I expected more.
how is Mr. Eslinger at practicing law? that, I couldn’t tell you.
how is he at charging for reviewing things more than once, sending correspondence to the wrong person and then sending a settlement check made out to the wrong name? he’s OUTSTANDING!
