During the morning hours — especially at peak times, they only have 1 person working the counter inside. This is ridiculous. It took us 15 minutes to get 1 donut and there where 2 people ahead us.

Had a wrap thing for $ 1.49 way too much. Its about 2 bites and its gone. The hash browns, nasty! Thought they were plain regular hashbrowns, wrong seasoning was over whelming. The old oil flavor didnt help. Had 2 dounuts they were ok but this store isnt worth going to! Except for coffee!

Places like this are the reason I usually stick to locally owned coffee shops. I used to be a huge fan of DD coffee, but after this last experience, I have not reason to go back. I hadn’t been to a DD in a few years(again I try and stay local with the exception of an occasional Starbucks), but I happened to be nearby and in the need of caffeine. The drive through line was long so I opted to park and go in. There was only one person in front of me, yet it took forever. The cashier was more focused on rushing through things than actually listening to what the woman in front of me was ordering. When it was finally my turn, I had to repeat my order several times before he finally comprehended. My first mistake was not sticking with my usual black coffee. I ordered a lite hazelnut latte and an egg white flatbread. Both were horrible. The coffee was definitely not a latte, hard flavor and was barely luke warm. The egg white flat bread was inedible and my expectations were low to begin with knowing that it was just microwaved and thrown together. Seriously, took one bite and had to trash the rest… total waste of $ 7 and 20 minutes. Drive by DD and hit one of the great, local coffee shops in downtown South Bend — trust me, you’ll thank me!

Great Dunkin coffee. Many sales specials are flexible and open ended. Overall, it is nice to have a Dunkin here in South Bend. If you live East of Chicago and don’t have Dunkin you don’t meet the standards for civilization. Thanks for coming to town Dunkin Donuts.
