I sent in a push mower and a rider for pre-season tune-up. It took almost 3 weeks to get it back. They charged me $ 343.00. Never called me to tell me that more than filters and an oil change and spark plugs were needed. They did the work anyway. I even called to ask them what was taking so long. They said they needed to order some parts. I told them I was just having them serviced, I didn’t know anything was wrong with them. They said there isn’t anything wrong, we just didn’t have the filter in stock. I feel they should have called and said that they are finding some things wrong, would you like to have them fixed and given me the option of approving all these other costs. Bad business, slow turn over!
